Do you have anything constructive to say, or do you just wish to call everyone who does not agree with you a racist murderer?

He wanted to be a cop but for some reason couldn't become one so he played a cop on NW because he loved having control over other people as demonstrated by his past personal and workplace events.

The fact you give the perjury a free pass only shows you have no boundaries of absurdity.

Did you ever answer the question of evidence that Judge Lester wants Z to be convicted of the murder without a trial?

I was criticizing him for dancing on T's grave. No wonder you don't think that is constructive. If possible, you guys would probably turn T's grave into a porn scene just to show you don't give a (*)(*)(*)(*) about being honest.

Watch how this plays out over the next week or so.

If the judge throws the book at Zimmerman and charges him with perjury, it's not good for the defense.

If Mark O'Mara goes in there and schmoozes the judge, makes this look like nothing more than a miscommunication, and the judge buys it - then I'd bet the farm on a Zimmerman acquittal.

Simple. He kept the ace up his sleeve, possibly lied about it in court, and got a lower bail. Once he was bailed out he figured he could show his cards (ie $200K in secret account, passport, etc) and that he could just get "The Z Deal" again. Unfortunately we don't live in Candyland and his trigger happy ass got tossed in the clink.

Judge Lester just wants to get to the SYG hearing so he can dismiss it, bet on that.

Zimmerman has already confessed to shooting Martin their burden has been met. Zimmerman now has to prove by preponderance of the evidence that the reason he shot Martin was Self-Defense.

I have made fun of people at work before. I guess that means I am guilty of murder..

He lied in court, definatly a murderer.. In fact, everyone that has ever told a little lie in court should be charged for murder now..

Did I ever say that? You said that, not me.. You have already convicted Z of murder without a trial. So I think you are subconciously telling us what you want to happen.

That is not going to happen. Omara's defense of this is Z was under serious emotional distress and was not operating correctly with normal faculties thus inevitably leading to a miscommunication that was not by design an event to mislead the court.

Unfortunately, the recorded calls show Z and his wife were calm enough to talk about the money in code BEFORE the bail hearing.

Z declared himself indigent before the hearing.

His wife straight up committed perjury.

If you want to blow your money, but FB stock, I could care less. But seriously Lester doesn't want to wake up with a Black panther holding a glock and 40 sitting on his chest.

The medical reports themselves explain a lot, they dont leave room for explanation. All they have done is give more credit to Z's case.

Maybe the bus driver attacked Trayvon. Once again the injury on the bus drivers face will prove the bus driver attacked him. The bus driver used his face to attack Trayvon's hands.

The judge is fair. He's not going to throw the book at Zimmerman. He's just going to revoke his bond. If perjury is charged against Zimmerman or his wife that will be separate charge and prosecution. It will have nothing to do with the murder trial other than the issue of Zimmerman's credibility.

Since you overrate your own abilities, do you think it was an accident I referenced Bailey? You can't win. It must be frustrating but you have no chance.

Zimmerman allegedly beat up a girl at work. Courtney if you are beating women at work you better be a pimp. If you are in the military you are going to get a section 8.

    Actually he doesn't.

The preponderance of evidence is on the prosecution.

It is called innocent until proven guilty beyond a resonable doubt.

    Not quite yet.

I'm leaning that way, because I don't think the state can prove "beyond a reasonable doubt and to a moral certainty", but I'm not ready to bet the family farm yet.

Your farm, however, is a different story... :)
