During Gilbreath’s testimony O’Mara hammered the investigator about the probable cause affidavit – a record that did not contain any version of Zimmerman’s side of the story from the evening of Feb. 26.

Specifically, O’Mara questioned Gilbreath on the choice of two key words in the document that stated Zimmermann “profiled” Martin and “confronted” him that evening.

Gilbreath said he did not know who chose the word “profiling,” but he did state that Zimmerman had “formed an idea in his head and contacted the police department with no facts.”

The use of the word “confront,” said Gilbreath, was based on testimony from a witness who claimed they saw “shadows or figures” running past their residence, as well as testimony from Martin’s girlfriend who was on the phone with Martin that evening. However, Gilbreath went on to state he did not know who started the fight that evening and he did not have evidence as to who initiated the altercation.

Furthermore, Gilbreath admitted he had never spoke with Zimmerman or requested his medical records from that evening. Although he stated Zimmerman’s testimony to police that evening contradicted a lot of the evidence, however he also said Zimmerman’s injuries were consistent with his story.

“His [Zimmerman] injuries are consistent with trauma to the back of the head,” said Gilbreath.

Martin caused his own death when he choose to confront Zimmerman and then assault him and you have provided nothing that refutes that that is what occurred.

One thing I would like to know is whether or not Zimdawg still has a gun that he carries around. I know that after an incident, they take your firearm away. I wonder if he was able to scoop another one up and if he did....

 

Probably.. I am sure he is still profiling. But, for now he has a curfew so he can't being doing car-pedestrian chases at night.
