So despite Zimmy read and aware of his rights and waiving them ... is it possible Zimmy was out of it ?

This is the line of questioning by O'Mara

 

What does Zimmerman's desire to be a cop have to do with anything? How does it overcome Thugvon's motive to assault GZ, him being seen assaulting GZ, GZ's injuries from Thugvon's racist assault?

Yes, O'Mara is fishing for inconsisitencies to the way Serino conducted the Zimmy interviews ...

 

I believe the more salient point is that she claimed to have written the letter that she can't read.

 

I dunno.....from what little I've actually been able to watch today...there better be some fireworks coming when the puzzle the prosecution is putting together is complete.

They've got to find some sort of impossibility within Zimmerman's account from a logistical perspective. Maybe combine that with doubt regarding his meandering intent.

If not, and I was a juror....even thought I feel that Zimmerman leaving his truck caused this whole thing......I would have to vote not guilty of murder 2.

 

Serino: "No significant inconsistencies in Zimmerman's statements, video walk-through, witness statements".

O'Mara is wiping the floor with another Prosecution star witness. He is kicking ass.

Local expert : "Zimmerman will not be taking the stand. He now has no reason to."
