Then again, you can't expect liberal leftists to notice reality and to know and respect the Constitution.

 

It is still illegal force by government no matter how you want to wrap it up. As far as cost goes, people that go to the ER get billed anyway unless they are on Medicaid. They still have to pay those bills. I don't care what other progressives like Romney did.

 

The "fine " is a tax.....and as far as paying for ER visits goes, as they say, you can't get blood out of a turnip. It's the most expensive form of care. Plus, people without health insurance impact the economy in many other ways. Loss of productivity, they may no longer be abkle to pay taxes. They are generally much sicker than people who had been getting preventive care when they get to the ER and are more likely to go on disability. And of course there is the human factor but you guys don't want to talk about that do you? Get real!

 

Studies show no abatement of ER use with coverage, in fact they show more use so that is a non-starter. If you can't get blood from a turnip, then why tax the turnip?

 

I am not aware of any who have been saying that Republicans are like Nazi's but frankly I feel exactly the same way.

Anyone who makes a claim like that is either extremely ignorant or a real idiot.

In my opinion, the concern for abuses of the Constitution by some Conservatives, only seems to happen when a Democrat is in office.

To be fair though- for many Democrats, they do the same thing when a Republican is in office.

 

What studies?? And if true, it may only show that it takes time to change behavior. And remember, those turnips can file bankruptcy. You just don't want to believe that having millions of people without insurance is bad policy. It's bad economically and its' bad from a humanitarian perspective.

 

Obviously you've never heard of the Hague Convention Declaration. Then again that's only when countries are at war. Guess that gives latitude to kill civilians with outlawed bullets designated by the Hague Convention.

 

Because they believe in ruling by the gun like Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot Obama and now Putin. .Their so-called cause are a crock of crap.

They certainly don't use hollow point ammo for practice.

 

Many of the agencies require them to use the same ammo for training that they use in the field.
