Historically, most of the immigrants from the middle east have been Christians fleeing persecution from Muslims. Obama I believe was the one who said we shouldn't look at religion? Why not bring an ethnic group that hates Christians into the US? What's the worst that could happen? After all, they hate the religious right too. Who would have though that the group that was committing genocide against Christians in their home country would do the same thing here? Agreed. The difference is, you don't know if the item is defective. But we do know certain groups are more "at-risk" groups than others, and should be monitored more intensely at the very least. At the most, don't even let those groups come in and there's no problem .

Nowhere near as many as Muslims following the Qu'ran to the word and not evolving in their beliefs or the radicalism of their beliefs. Most of the refugees who come from areas in the Middle East are like this because they are not educated and have never received any kind of educational experience, instead they are taught the word of the Qu'ran as the law of nature itself and not allowed to interpret the text or evolve in their beliefs.
