    any reactions to this?

Personally i find it refreshing that someone comes out and admits that the tax code is full of holes. Im tired of politicians and corporations saying they pay the proper taxes when they use every single deductible they can sometimes bringing their taxes to negative.

Yeah, it is called following the law as written. Trump says all the things other politicians are afraid to say because his money will not dry up if he hurts someone's feelings.

So what. If any politician says boo about him doing it, might as well chalk up another lie under their belt. Let's see if Hillary or Bernie have the guts to lie AGAIN.

More refreshing truth from Trump. Liberals would prefer their candidates lie and claim they left the whitehouse bankrupt:). Ha!!

Frankly anyone who doesn't use every technique they can to pay less taxes is a
    Moron.

this is why I am supporting Trump, he can be honest about how screwed up politics have made our government without worrying about whether it might (*)(*)(*)(*) off the banks and the millionaires

Damn right it's refreshing. These days, anything honest coming from candidates (or politicians in general) is. But really, there's not anybody in their right mind who tells their account, "Hey, don't worry about reducing my taxes cuz I love paying them".

Why wouldn't he? As a business man he is not breaking the law, he is making decisions to ensure the most profit for his company. Thats what all businessmen do. The problem is not big business, its policy. Want to keep businesses here? Lower the tax rate so we can compete with the rest of the world. Otherwise don't complain about it.

Oh you mean like Hil LIAR y and Slick Willie ????
Bloomberg News reported in 2014 on the Clintons’ use of a prime tax dodge: They put their Chappaqua home into a “residence trust” in 2010. Such trusts can save hundreds of thousands of dollars in estate taxes.
Bill pocketed at least $10 million.
Meanwhile, the Clintons’ family wealth has grown big-time thanks to firms with significant holdings in places like . . . the Caymans.

As The Daily Caller notes, Bill Clinton spent years as a partner in his (now-ex-) buddy Ron Burkle’s investment fund Yucaipa Global — registered in the Cayman Islands. In five years,

So if Trump becomes president he will close some of these tax loop holes. Who benefits most from these loop holes? I sense that his support will drop.........

I have to say, this is super creative and intelligent.

On topic. Of course the rich use the rules to pay the least amount of taxes. It's good business to limit your liabilities and maximize your net. The problem, is that the rich have written the rules not out of fairness, but as a way for a privileged few to take advantage of them.

It will gain him far more votes than he loses. And he doesn't need the money. Watch how many blue dogs line up behind Trump once he secures the nomination.

I can't believe I might actually be starting to like Trump, almost enough to stop bad mouthing him. Never thought that day would come. Everyone should do everything in their power to pay the least amount in taxes, that's not just smart, but should be our civic duty...

Just trying to keep it in your mental range don't want to overwhelm you . I see you didn't bother to comment on the tax dodgers typical clones .

Not so much. This is just like people saying Faux News. If you have an argument make the argument. Is anyone swayed or has anyone ever, in the history of the planet been swayed by an argument like this? No.

I sort of see your point, but the rich do not write tax law. Congress writes tax law. The rich can write checks to Congressmen who use those checks to pay for clever (sometimes) ad campaigns to sway the uninformed into voting for them. The poor and middle classes have the overwhelming majority of votes in this country. If they make uninformed decisions, then they are getting the government they deserve. No Congressmen are in office to vote the wealthy donor class's agenda without being elected by votes from the poor and middle class.

100% true. People continue to support the establishment in both sides despite being screwed over and over again.

Trump admits to using every trick in the book to avoid paying taxes

As he should and every American should, that is how the law is written. Sadly too many Americans aren't smart enough to take advantage of the laws written

This post is so blatantly blameshifting it's absurd.

So, billionaires buy a congressman who supports cutting taxes for the wealthy, who then runs a campaign, where he has a captive audience, and pitches his plan - along with a bunch of emotionally charged subjects to get the votes on his side - and it's the government the poor deserve?

How about we stop the ridiculous campaign financeers and the absurd amount of money spent, as well as encourage honest campaigns and no more dollars injected by billionaires to buy politicians. End the money as free speech nonsense.

It's the same bogus stance the repuiblicans have about "self responsibility" and the obesity epidemic - "make better choices". Ok, admit sugar acts like a drug, and let's see where the discussion goes now?

Only if they are smart. Funny how so many rich libs say they would pay more but still hire tax experts to save them money.
