Looks like you aren't doing so well. So really you shouldn't be acting like you had something. Nothing from nothing leaves nothing, and you came up with the Big Zero.

    Typical leftist fail.

So save the smacktalk as like I stated.....you need to do some real research. Next time stick to the easy stuff. As you can't handle the more detailed info. Alleged smart powers don't work with me. Just sayin. [IMG]

She was not charged with lying under oath. That she lied in front of congress under oath is pretty clear and has yet to taken up. She handled confidential matters with gross negligence and that all the law needs but Comey let her off the hook

You would think they might figure out that's why the request for Perjury charges was brought by more than one, huh?

He is the President, it is his administration Clinton was his Secretary of State, the IRS heads work for him, the AG works for him.

Please explain why you accept these abuses of power?

    - - - Updated - - -

Well again answer the question I didn't ask you about Republicans or conservatives.

That's what you think of a former Secretary of State lying to the FBi about the management of a private shadow government email system on which highly classified material was mishandled and exposed in such a manner as to endanger our national security?

Why? Hillary's Comey would just give him immunity from prosecution like he does with any other potential witnesses or who may have broken in laws in support of Hillary Clinton.

Well, if Hillary Clinton is elected she can just sign an executive order outlawing truth by outlawing anyone releasing anything public about the government or politicians except MSNB, CBS, ABC, CNN, the NYT and the LA Times. Then there would be no more outlawed exposures of truth. Problem solved.

If you admit that it matters what you write, you have disproven what you have written. You continually and blindly support Clinton, show you not to be as you claim an indepent but a died in the wool democrat. Your lies just confirm that.

    - - - Updated - - -

Not outsource, but blindly follow the democrats. You are not independent as you only side with one party to the exclusion of independent thought.

She wouldn't need any EO. She would just have one of her people give them a call.

Don't forget the AP bends over for her too.

From having veto power over quotes to getting a heads up on stories before they published and being given exact interview questions ahead of time, Hillary Clinton’s cozy relationship with the media has been on full display in the emails released from WikiLeaks thus far. The relationship is so close, in fact, that Team Clinton referred to The New York Times as “our press.”

In WikiLeaks’ latest leaked emails, Clinton told her aides she was “upset” by a story about her in The New York Times titled “Re-Re-Re-Reintroducing Hillary Clinton,” and her “continued bad relationship” with what one of her aides described as “our press.”

“She is unhappy with it,” Palmieri said. “Huma, Kristina, and I did a call with her. She is upset about our continued bad relationship with our press.”

Sadly, with the vast majority of the media in the tank for Clinton, Palmieri’s right—it is her press.....snip~

LOL...seriously? I guess you flunked reading comprehension. You pick and choose and ignore the rest. If you read and understood what you read you would have noticed the following:

"There isn’t, but that’s because in the real world things don’t happen the way they do in the movies. There is no receipt in a desk waiting to be found by an eager journalist. No child prodigy is going to hack a phone in five minutes and find a voicemail from a man with a thick Russian accent explaining the exact location of a dead drop.

For more sensible people, however, the evidence is damning. First and foremost, WikiLeaks—citizens of the world that they are—never seem able to leak anything damaging to the interests of the Russians."

You do understand what it means when the author writes "THE EVIDENCE IS DAMNING"? Apparently you don't. Perhaps if you read it more slowly it might help. The fact is and the facts that you want to avoid and have avoided are that the Russian government has hacked only the Democratic servers and is only releasing the stolen material through its state owned media and Wikileaks. And per the previously provided material, Russia agents have altered these at least some of these documents.

And as for the rest of your post, it doesn't make sense. Making up (*)(*)(*)(*) doesn't negate the fact that it's still (*)(*)(*)(*)...just saying...:) Strike 3! :)

Unfortunately for you comrade, fact and reason matters outside the Republican base.

That's right she wasn't charged with lying under oath, because there is no evidence she lied under oath. Just because Republicans are lying about Hilary, it doesn't mean she is guilty. In fact history clearly suggests otherwise. Republicans have lied about Hilary for nearly 30 years now. They have investigated her to Hell and back. They have spent tens of millions if not hundreds of millions of public funds over the course of nearly 3 decades investigating Hilary and found not an iota of evidence to back up their many allegations about her.

Hilary, unlike The Donald, has admitted she made mistakes and she has said she will not repeat them. But making mistakes isn't against the law. We all make mistakes. Every president makes mistakes, and if we are honest with ourselves and others we admit to our mistakes. That's not what your man The Donald does. He has never admitted to making a mistake, and it's not because he hasn't made mistakes. He has made a lot of them.

There is no evidence FBI Director Comey "let her off the hook". Comey has a long and respect career of public service, and he is a Republican. Under the Bush administration, when Comey was acting attorney general, he refused to sign off on Bush II's torture and surveillance plans because he believed they were constitutional. Comey stood up to the POTUS. He offered to resign before he would do something he thought was illegal and immoral. Comey is a man of principal and morals. That's why both Republicans and Democrats admire the man.

Yes, Obama is the POTUS and it's his administration, but that doesn't mean he is responsible for everything. He certainly isn't responsible for the shenanigans of Republicans and their party. The threats you speak of are embodied in the Republican Party's nominee, "The Donald".

Please explain what abuses of power, and please do be specific?

And you really think any of that makes the least bit of sense...really? You have some really confused thinking going on there. Unfortunately for you my support of Clinton isn't blind and neither is my opposition to "The Donald" blind. Neither candidate is my ideal candidate, but one is clearly better than the other. Hilary is clearly vastly superior to "The Donald".

You do realize what it means to be an independent don't you or is it all kind of garbled in your head? Being an independent means you have no party loyalties, and I don't. As I told you before, my loyalty is to the country not any party, and I have supported both Republicans and Democrats. But to be honest, the Republican Party has gone to the dogs over the course of the last few decades. Reagan would be turning over in his grave if he knew what his party has become. It's an aberration of what the party once was. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't support a decent Republican candidate like Romney, Kasich, or Bush. Unfortunately, the Republican Party, as demonstrated by Trump, has become unable to nominate a competent national election candidate.

Yeah, you do outsource your thinking. You don't even know what it means to be independent. Being independent doesn't mean you always agree with the Republican Party. Unfortunately, Republicans apparently feel it is everybody's responsibility to balance out the scales for them no matter how absurd they become. That's not the job of the media, intelligentsia, or independents. Republicans need to be accountable for their actions.

Try again Closet Russian supporter.....going with a Conspiracy theory doesn't help your case. Your own links cannot validate that WikiLeaks is working with the Russians. Moreover even the NY Times.....the Satire Paper of the Left. States BO peeps own Intel doesn't believe he is. NBC also came up with the same conclusion.

Then to top it off.....you fail to understand that WikiLeaks makes Russia look bad with whats reported over the collusion by the Demos and their ties to Putin and his Boys.

Oh and the rest of the post did make sense.....you just don't have the intelligence to figure it out. Which is why you whiffed, then went with the Conspiracy.

Panama Papers: ClintonÂ’s campaign chief has a Russian connection......

John PodestaÂ’s company is representing Sberbank; the Podesta GroupÂ’s mandate is to affect the scope of sanctions against Russia.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, John Podesta, is implicated in the Panama Papers scandal. His association with the Democratic Party goes back a long way. The so called “Panama Papers” scandal is now drawing attention to his lobbying firm’s relation to Russia.
Besides Hillary Clinton, the John and Tony Podesta Group signed up another client, namely the Sberbank of Russia in Washington. That was in March 2016.

Sberbank is officially a private company, which means the Podesta Group can sign them on as clients, despite the sanctions envisaged by the Foreign Agent Registration Act. However, the scope of their mandate seems very much associated with the interests of the Russian state.

The account manager for Sberbank was Tony Podesta, the brother of Hillary ClintonÂ’s campaign manager. Through this contract, Tony Podesta is linked directly with the Kremlin. Signing that contract in March, the Podesta group mission was to affect the scope of sanctions against Russia, following the annexation of Crimea and the war-by-proxy in the Donbass.

The lobbying registration form, according to the Washington Free Beacon, also lists three Sberbank affiliates, namely Cayman Islands-based Troika Dialog Group Limited, Cyprus-based SBGB Cyprus Limited, and Luxembourg-based SB International.

According to the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project, one of these companies is part of the network that funneled money personally for President Putin. That company is Troika Dialog. The massive cache of documents leaked shows, for example, that Troika Dialog signed away its stakes in Russian truck manufacturing to Avto Holdings. The main stakeholder of Avto Holdings is Sergei Roldugin, the godfather of the Russian presidentÂ’s daughter.

It should be recalled that John Podesta was also a Counselor to the Obama Administration, Chairman of the Obama-Biden Transition project and, years ago, Chief of Staff for the second Bill Clinton administration.John Podesta left the White House in 2015. He is mostly remembered for taking up the cause of revealing the truth about UFOs to the American people......snip~

Wikileaks: PodestaÂ’s Daughter Received His Shares in Putin-Linked Company.....

An email uncovered in the Wikileaks hacks reveals that Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s “75,000 common shares” — obtained from his membership on the executive board of an energy company, Joule Unlimited, which received millions from a Putin-connected Russian government fund — were transferred to his daughter, Megan Rouse.

“Full transfer request, with Megan’s signature attached,” Podesta’s assistant Eryn Sepp wrote to him.

A January 3, 2014 letter revealed that Podesta designated his revealed that Podesta designated his daughterÂ’s Dublin, California residence as the address for Leonidio Holdings LLC, the Delaware-based holding company that Podesta used to transfer his shares in Russian-related Joule Global Holdings.

Rouse is listed as “managing member” of Leonidio Holdings LLC, according to financial documents.

Two months after Podesta joined the board, Vladimir Putin’s Rusnano announced that it would invest up to one billion rubles into Joule Unlimited, which amounts to $35 million. That represents one-fifth of the entire amount of investment dollars Joule collected from 2007 to 2013,” the GAI report concludes.

Podesta also failed to disclose fully his position on Joule UnlimitedÂ’s board of directors and to include it in his federal financial disclosures, as required by law, before he became President Barack ObamaÂ’s senior adviser in January 2014.

“Because the holding company is completely anonymous, we do not know whether or not he still has deep financial ties to Vladimir Putin and his regime,” Miller’s statement continued. “As such, Mr. Podesta needs to either reveal who is behind the holding company or he must resign from the Clinton campaign immediately.”.....snip~

Unfortunately for You.....your Marxist masters in the DNC and the Demo party, just weren't slick enough nor good enough to fool people of and with intelligence.

Hillary Praises Putin for Standing Up and Saying He'll Be President....

"I don't admire very much about Mr. Putin, but the idea you can stand up and say 'I will be your next president," that does have a certain attraction to it.".....snip~

    http://www.weeklystandard.com/hilla...-and-saying-hell-be-president/article/1027757

Oh, and this wasn't the first time Hillary was lavishing praise upon Putin.

Try sticking with reality rather than believing in Conspiracy Theories. This way you wont hurt yourself.

Comey said they did not investigate it even though the evidence is sitting their wide open for the public.

So tell us who at the State Department approved he use of the private server and who in the legal counsel's office said it met all the rules and regulations? She told Congress as such so who approved it?

They are his appointees and his responsibility. What has he done about any of the scandals, who has he fired. Is he not supporting Clinton for President? Was he not using a fake name to communicate with her on the private email server he claimed he didn't know a thing about? Was he meeting with the Democrat brown shirt goon who was in charge of creating the violence at the Trump rallies?

I already did, why do you accept them?

    And again your retort "hogwash"

That's what you think of a former Secretary of State lying to the FBi about the management of a private shadow government email system on which highly classified material was mishandled and exposed in such a manner as to endanger our national security?

All you write is typical of a democrat attack on anyone who calls them out on their crap. You cannot conceive of being stupidly wrong so you try very hard to turn it around and claim a superior knowledge. All you do is prove your lack of intelligence and integrity and the fact that you have no moral thought process at all.

Rubbish. There is enough of connect the dot evidence, which is how these cases are prosecuted for no criminal puts into writing which clearly indicts them. The evidence is there but the Obama justice dept will not indict this criminal, but if trump wins, perhaps he will appoint the investigator that will have no trouble connecting the dots and put this corrupt politician into prison. If trump wins, Obama will pardon her, want to bet?

Her supporters are not being intellectually honest, and one wonders if they know it? No sane person with rational brain can look at all that we have on Clinton and not clearly see what is going on. This is not some right wing conspiracy, for I am not right wing at all. But I do believe in blind justice and democratic principles. This woman is as dirty as they get, and it is not conjecture. The Clintons are lawyers and know not to come out and indict themselves clearly. But these cases are always waged on connecting the dots which can yield nothing else but corruption and criminality.

There is no proof that the 30K emails were personal either because an objective party did not destroy them.

LOL....oh my, a full on personal attack. :) Sorry, I'm not impressed. Though I do find it more than a little ironic and humorous that a Russophile like you would accuse others who oppose Russia on virtually everything including interfering with this election as being supporters of your beloved Mother Russia. The term "psychological projection" comes to mind.

Unfortunately for you comrade, facts matter. And the facts clearly indicate Assange is acting as a Russian agent. He delivered Snowden to Russia and he was an employee of the Russian state owned and controlled media, and he may still be an employee of the Russian state. His host, the Ecuadorian government cut off his internet access because in their opinion he was attempting to manipulate the US election.

The fact is Trump has a number of Russian associates. Trump's son is on record as saying he has a number of Russian business deals and associates. Trump's former campaign manager has many deep connections with the Russian government and a history of representing Russian stooges. That's why he quit when that became public knowledge. Facts matter comrade, and they don't favor you or your beliefs.

You can, as you have done, continue to cite right wing sources known for falsifying information, e.g. Brietbart and other conspiracy sites, and you can continue to cherry pick and misrepresent, but that won't change the facts. It won't change reality. It won't change the truth.

And the truth is Assange is acting as an agent of the Russian government in releasing these documents just before the election. Assange has long promised the American right wing that he could deliver the October surprise knock out punch Republicans or these self described "conservatives", who are anything but conservative, have dreamed about.

The reason Assange is releasing these tens of thousands of documents now just days before the election is because there will not be enough time to vet them. That's not fair or honest. Per previous references, number of these documents have already been found to have been falsified in Russia. Last I checked Assange is Australian and doesn't read or write Russian but maybe he has learned to speak and read Russian over the years.

Unfortunately for you and your self described "conservatives" truth and reason still matter and that doesn't change even with your bold type and colors. :)

I think you need to review her testimony before Congress. She answered all of your questions. If Republicans who control Congress have evidence Clinton perjured herself in testimony before them, Congress can press charges against Hilary. But the Republicans who control Congress have done no such thing, in no small part because there is no basis for your assertion.

A wonderful point. We have only the good word (ahem) of Hillary Clinton and her lawyers to attest to what was in those 30,000 destroyed emails.

Only a moronic or hopelessly corrupt justice system allows the accused to decide which evidence gets destroyed and which is saved.
