Thank you. Now can you provide a specific list of any ".... present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.” ... that Pres-elect Trump has accepted and from whom?

    Me too.
He thought he was signing up for unqualified adulation, not constant criticism.
He isn't tough enough to handle a comedian making fun of him, let alone the entire world judging and questioning and ridiculing him.
My prediction is that he'll be spending very little time in the White House, showing up only when he has to, until the public figures out that he isn't doing the job.

Like Obama, either playing golf or on vacation?

    No, nothing like that.
I'm talking about Trump being incapable of handling the pressures of the job. We have been seeing for the last 18 months that he can't handle the slightest bit of criticism, and his own biographer described him as having the attention span of a kindergartener.
    (Insert excuse here.)

Say what you will about Obama, but at least he wasn't trashing people everyday on twitter or refusing to talk to certain media groups because they may have criticized him on something. :)

No he trashed them on CNN, NBC, CBS and NPR. I love when someone says "at least" like that makes everything better. You didn't build that. This makes it official. The OP is officially a snowflake.

Your team had its chance, then you fumbled.
    Get better, not bitter.

Stop letting pathetic neocon, war mongering, wall street whoring, minority herding, collectivist, corporatist, self serving pieces of (*)(*)(*)(*) run your party and you won't have to sulk next time.

Oh yeah, and stop reaching into other people's pockets to fund the life style you think you deserve. Then your wrist won't have to sting so bad from the slap.

Yeah, he just got on TV and said doctors cut off people's feet for profit, because they are too greedy to try and save them. The divisive, wretched piece of filth can go (*)(*)(*)(*) himself, like he (*)(*)(*)(*)ed your party. Oh yeah, he (*)(*)(*)(*)ed you good. Enjoy

No one here sees the high crime of misdemeanor here.
    Except you.
    That should tell you something.

Well, the politicians certainly haven't done a good job at it. But as a leftie, I fully understand your dependence and love of big government.

Business is business, and government is government. You cannot run one like the other, it's retarded to think so. You'd ruin the business if you ran it like a government, and you'd ensure government only works for the wealthiest if you run government like a business.

    Not a hard concept.

    https://rdeliason.com/2016/11/29/the-emoluments-clause-bribery-and-president-trump/
    The Bottom Line

The Emoluments Clause is far more sweeping than the laws against bribery, at least when it comes to gifts from foreign governments. Almost any transaction involving Trump businesses and a foreign state or state-controlled entity is going to at least raise questions about whether any improper emolument was involved, even if Trump did not agree to do anything in return.

For any violation of either bribery law or the Emoluments Clause, the likely remedy is impeachment, not a lawsuit or criminal charges. And for those who believe a Republican Congress would never impeach a Republican President, bear in mind that if Trump were removed from office that would leave us with: President Pence.

That might be an outcome many Republicans would find very desirable.

"Lichtman, a political historian who teaches at the American University in Washington, says he uses his own system of 13 true or false statements to judge whether the incumbent party will retain the White House. However, when it came to his bold prediction of a Trump impeachment, he told Burnett it's based on his instinct."

Why on earth would you believe anything that Trump says? He said he'd release his taxes, he said he'd put his businesses in a blind trust, he said he'd donate $1 million to vets groups............
Please let us know when you've seen the tax returns showing that he has donated $$ to the Treasury. I'm not holding my breath.

This is my worst case scenario on the issue. The Rebublican party old-guard (read not the populists that elected Trump) now have there fingers firmly wrapped around Trumps orange curly's. If Trump doesn't march to their tune, *TUG*.

Thus we'll likely see much of the same antics on the outside, (the Republicans will likely use him as a punching bag). But on the inside, Trump will play ball.

Managing people is managing people. The business of America is business. It's time that we had accountability in government, like there is in business. An easy concept.

    Just watch and learn!

Ayup, Government is to go off the rails. Pay a president even though he asks not to be paid, see what revenue one can be stripped of and donate his income earned in other countries to the treasury. All with no appreciation.

I mean who can't love this government losing trillions of dollars and elect a man who says he can fix that?

Accountability is FAR different than running a business. In fact, a business' ONLY accountability is to its shareholders or CEO's profit margin. When you manage a government, you must work for ALL people, and protect them from harm. Business is under no obligation to protect anyone.

The "business" of America isn't capitalism, it's life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

That explains why under Obama, the wealthy got even more wealthy. Nice to read a Democrat who no doubt believes he is the expert on both government and business. Thanks for your wisdom.

Obama left America ten trillion dollars deeper in debt. We needed that.
