Why did you bother to type that?

If you aren't going to give an answer, just don't answer.

Why are most the leftists here so badly behaved? Does it come with the territory?

Cripes! I've already got about a dozen on ignore.

Why did you bother to type a loaded question if you wanted an answer? You do that a lot. See the next two questions you posed. Ask a real question and you might get a serious reply.

I don't doubt that Trump has a history ( and apparently a sordid one), however he still won the presidency. Maybe people are just sick of the entire Left, what they represent, what they say and do, and by extension the candidate they put forth, Hillary, who was so abysmal that people actually voted for someone like Trump.

Maybe the Left needs to ask themselves some hard questions.

How about this? Rewrite my question so it meets your standards yet still provides the answer I seek, then answer that question.

I think a great many people are asking themselves some hard questions.

My goal is not to provide you the answer you seek to your loaded question, but the answer that expresses what I want to communicate in reply to your question. How about you rewriting your question so that it does not blatantly insult the audience it seeks the answer from. That might help.

How is it possible to not offend someone these days?

Are you saying that you don't understand the damage being done to the country, and it is offensive to made aware of it?

LOL. let's review the question. In response to my post "As long as the ones we send to Congress do what we pay them to do, and deny, denounce, obstruct, and delay and repeat. We can afford to chill. When they start equivocating, and even thinking of voting for any legislation that could give this man a victory, we have to turn on the hate" You wrote this, "..... Is destroying this country the goal or just the perk?" Now you are smart enough to realize that a question like that is founded on a premise that is likely to be more contentious than, say, 'Isn't there a potential risk of destroying more than you are saving ,with that strategy?" or "don't you feel a patriotic obligation to support our commander-in chief when you possibly can?" This was not that hard, if you tried for a dialogue, but you did not.

I have to get up for work in the morning but I'll leave you with this:

Reread your post, then my first response - pretty much what is in the quote in this post.

Do you believe the tone of my question was harsher than that of your statement?

To see the question generously, your question presupposes that to destroy Trump politically, cannot be reasonably perceived as saving this country from more serious harm than if he consolidates his power. I believe he must be stopped to preserve this country and I think that is a reasonable premise on which to act politically.

Thank you for your kindness and your commentary. We are in complete agreement. Like you, I hope politicians will move forward together for the benefit of our nation and our society, as they did successfully for 220 years.

They have been too busy coming up with cartoon characters like Teh Russianz and Neo Nazis to actually come up with policies the American people may actually vote for.

Its working great. His agenda is stalled, he has almost nothing done on his legislative agenda, he and republicans continue to blame each other, his enemies list has more republicans than democrats listed, and his poll numbers are wretched. The man is totally isolated. He cannot consolidate his power and turn into the Huey Long of America, that he dreams of.

I'm pointing out the obvious; that you are attacking democrats for doing exactly what you are doing yourself.

A GOP blowout (again) like back in 2016 for 2018 does not look certain.

    But we'll see soon enough.

You're clearly interested in nothing so much as insulting people.

    Ignored.

I told you and you simply aren't capable of enough logic to grasp this concept, but republicans do not control the culture of the US. In simpler terms for you since I know you like things extra simple, Democrats run the culture. Republicans or centrist Democrats have always more or less run the government or we'd already be a socialist-light country as most the nations voters are liberal.

Such is why Trump and Bannon are in the swamp they are in with the media. Republicans can't protect them because they don't run the culture, Democrats do. Such is why Trump has no choice now but to go Left and make the cultural forces happy, the democrats.

Not sure what 'control the culture' means to you, but the only thing Democrats control today are violent protests against statues and American people they dont like... and of course, hating on Donald Trump.

    Some agenda, huh?
