He never answered Feinstein's question as to whether he wanted the FBI to investigate.

He has to prove with evidence it's a hit job, just like she has to prove he did it... if it were a criminal court.

 

He said he wanted them to do it, in his opening statement. There was no need to reiterate.

I'm sort of laughing that Kavanaugh is going to use his calendar as proof of innocence.... To my knowledge, Dr. Ford didn't mention whether it was on a weekend or weekday, but Kavanaugh is doing his best to disprove the weekend thing

But a lot of those days (in July) just say LIFT... certainly that isn't an all day event....

It might come in handy if the FBI can narrow down a time frame, should they be set free....

Too bad the Republicans did not follow the accuser's and Democrat's to call the FBI to do an investigation. This day would not have been needed. A good chance that one or other of the principals would have quit just from seeing details.

 

Notice the dramatic difference in the delivery between Dr. Ford, and Kavanaugh. Day and night.

Gave little if any specifics.Her accusations and allegations would
never make it to court with that lack of specificity.Can't Remember
where it happened or when.Exact location and date.
We have 3 people INCLUDING this Accuser's girlfriend maintaining
under sworn statement and possible perjury she does not remember
that party.

entire accusation does not add up to squat.
