Point to the Constitution that says Acosta has a right to ask the President a question, a right to unfettered WH access and the judge has a right to determine who gets WH access.

 

Based on what other than you want Acosta to continue to be a rude arse during WH press conferences and wrestle with WH employees when he can't get his way.

 

Put him on the back row, don't call on him, if he interupts or tries to speak from back there turn off the microphones in the room have security escort him out, if he puts up a struggle arrest him.

I can't speak for everyone else, but I already know that unless a valid reason was given for revoking Acosta's White House press pass, then it is a matter of due process.

My point is that this ruling should then open the door for employees who are fired in "right to work" states without a cause given, to sue the employer on constitutional grounds, citing the due process clause of the 5th amendment.

No! The laws of union suppression are not the same as suppression of the press. Suppression of the press is more closely related in spirit to the first amendment.

This isn't a big deal. The judge didn't rule that a member is entitled to act like an asshat. He didn't rule that jerking the press pass is a violation against the 1st Amendment. He ruled that the holder of the press pass should get a hearing as done in past practice. They will set up a hearing process and jerk the jerk's press pass.
