Trade deficit dropped the last year of Obama's tenure - but it's rocketed to new heights with Trump - so please just stop with the holier-than-thou bull crap. Trump is no better than anyone else.

 

We spend more because we choose to spend more. Period. We spend far more in defense at home than we actually need to because worthless whores want to line their pockets, and because of that, we end up paying more for NATO. That is the fault of the United States. It has nothing to do with the other members of NATO. Each member gives funding based on their own at home defense costs. And you are basically saying that it's the other members fault that the US wastes hundreds of billions in tax dollars on unneeded defense spending, and pays more to NATO because of it.
That's like blaming your your neighbor because you stupidly paid more for an overpriced car when their car costs less, and demanding that they pay you the difference in price between your cars.

It has rocketed as wholesalers have ramped up on imports in order to get them in stock before the tariffs went into effect. Are you inferring that Obama had things under control his last year or are you just pointing out an outlier from his 8 years reign. And where did I even infer that Trump has any claim on being righteous, but at least he is trying to even things up. I did not want to vote for Trump but it was Hillary and I could not vote for her. In 2020 if Trump is not re elected, the country will go through the worst period in its history, financially, morally and socially. We will become another Europe with women raped constantly by refugees and immigrants and crime through the roof.
The debt will eliminate the middle class entirely, there will be nothing to work for because most of what you work for will go to the govt.

We will become what the USSR was and what ended the USSR they had the laziest most worthless workers in the world because they worked for nothing. They worked and it all went to the govt

 

I dislike Trump as a person and as a president, and I had to hold my nose when I voted for Hillary. But the democratic party has always been the party of limited immigration as businesses sought to bring in immigrants to depress workers wages. The Dems were always the party of tariffs in an attempt to keep american jobs safe and better paying. Now all of a sudden because this president now wants these things that dems have been in favor for the first 67 years of my life, they are no longer correct for the working man.
