It'll be bad optics when Obama throws his endorse behind *best candidate* to emerge from the pack. His endorsement won't look at all genuine. People will see it for what it is, a lack of true commitment to *best candidate*, and just opportunistic bandwagon jumping.
One thing for sure, with Obama's endorsement, Justin Trudeau pretty much will win the African-Canadian vote.
Obama is an internationalist and he's more concerned about Canada than America. Name another former President who has endorsed publically a foreign candidate running for political office in another country. Everyone always has a favorite who they would like to see win an election in a foreign country. Just about every foreign government wants to see particular candidate win America's presidential race. In 1960 the Kremlin went with JFK. If the DNC were have picked Bernie to be the nomination back in 2016 instead of Hillary, Russia would have felt the Bern.
By all means point to any post of mine complaining about Bush as a private citizen. Otherwise this is just more right wing BS distractions.
Gee it only made the entire national news in what the AP called an unprecedented move for a past President to meddle in other countries elections and has not endorsed his own VP for the Democratic nomination. Why so desperate to ignore it? I would think anyone with even a modicum of interest in politics would find it quite the curious circumstance.
Associated Press "unprecedented" Obama endorses Trudeau in unprecedented endorsement https://apnews.com/6d242ba7022a4333ac99a57816f53ce8
Again, I don't care if private citizens want to endorse a politician in another country. I do care what the current incumbent is doing and has done while in office. So do you, which is why you are so desperate to draw attention away from it.
Obama is more than just a run of the mill private citizen. Does that escape you? And again a former President of the United States making the unprecedented move to endorse a candidate in a contested foreign election trying to influence the outcome of that election while refusing to endorse HIS OWN VICE-PRESIDENT is just amazing in the realm of politics and if that doesn't peak your interest oh well move on.
Dear me, desperate doesn't begin to describe this. I'm sort of hoping Trump takes a break from doing stupid & unconstitutional stuff just for a week or so to give you guys a rest. Clearly the stress of constantly having to produce distractions is taking a toll. You all need to take a break & regroup, you are fraying around the edges.
Some hope of that with Trump doing things like telling the Italian prime minister that Italy and the USA have been allies since Ancient Rome
The idiot Obama stuck his nose into the Brexit vote. To be fair, he's such a penis and tried to dictate to the British to vote remain, it help tip the balance to leave. He'll always be remembered as the Idiot In Command.

Dear me this has nothing to do with Trump your attempt to divert notwithstanding and if you do not understand the political and historical significance I can't help you.
Obama has a vision what the world should look like, his vision where the Muslim Brotherhood is in charge of the world.
If you don't know, then you don't know why Putin meddled in our 2016 presidential election. There's no excuse for being low information. The Obama administration meddled in the Ukraine elections and Israeli elections and Sec. of State Hillary got personal in Russia's 2012 presidential election. Don't **** with Putin, he's X KGB and knows a thing or two on taking revenge and getting even. Anyone pissed off that Russia meddled in our election, blame Obama and especially Hillary.
Biden was just his insurance policy. Biden was a threat for anybody who wanted to assassinate the president.
