My, how times have changed. Did you think it was positive when the left:

So far inside the United States the death rate is barely .1 percent; and so in that respect it is exactly like most forms of the flu. Where it differs is the infection rate. In relative terms few people are going to die -- in ratio to the percentage infected -- but one hell of a lot of the population is going to be infected . . . and then get better.

It's just reality Steve. Blue states contribute more to the federal government than they receive. Red states receive more than they contribute.

Have you taken into consideration that state income and local taxes are no longer deductible on the Federal form? States have been given this benefit for years. Does that mean high tax states actually been underpaying "paying their fair share" to the Federal government?

Additional funds for what purpose? What would more funding be used for? To acquire more resources in the form of medical aid for those in need? From where exactly? Additional funding means nothing if there are no more physical resources to be purchased and distributed. Ten thousand dollars allocated for disposable gloves and masks will do nothing if disposable gloves and masks are backordered for months.

 

Professional politicians tend to be corrupt liars.
