57,000 cases yesterday says that covid-19 is winning.

    ....very few?

57,000 tested positive for covid-19 is the exact opposite of very few.

It is truly, yet another amazing feat, Trump's just getting started!

THE GREAT REOPENING: Judge Nukes Ill. Lockdown: Pritzker ‘Had No Authority’ to Restrict Movement and Close Businesses.

Illinois Circuit Court Judge Mike McHaney ruled on Thursday that Governor J.B. Pritzker of Illinois had no lawful authority to declare endless disasters past the initial thirty days. Ruling on a lawsuit filed by State House Rep. Darren Bailey (R-Ill.), Judge McHaney wrote,

“The court declares that Defendant had no constitutional authority as Governor to restrict a citizen’s movement or activities and/or forcibly close business premises in EO 32.”

Antifa/BLM try to destroy society through mob violence, elected pols try to destroy through totalitarian overreach. Al Qaeda demands that the lawless mobs continue their insurrection.

Illinois lockdown was illegal and unconstitutional
Bailey’s lawsuit alleged that the governor had abused his powers and overstepped his authority by ordering Illinoisans to stay home and shutter their businesses because of COVID-19. The judge also clarified that the lawful authority belongs to the Health Department in a time of health crisis and not the governor. This could open the door for the Health Department to take over the authoritarian role from Governor Pritzker in directing lockdowns, but for now, all of Pritzker’s executive orders aren’t worth the paper they were printed on.

Bailey tweeted out a celebratory announcement after the ruling.

Governor Pritzker is expected to appeal and has commented on the lawsuit in the usual sour lemons tone, blaming his political opponents instead of recognizing that his orders have devastated Illinois businesses and families.

Representative Bailey simply heard the cries of his constituents who were losing everything they ever worked for and responded to them by holding the governor to the law. You can read the full complaint Bailey filed here. He accused the governor of bypassing the legislature to usurp undue authority.

    The Great reopening continues!

Dude. You are trying real hard to misunderstand.

I do not listen to trump for my health decisions. But there are enough ****ing morons on this planet who do base their health decisions off the statements and actions from that orange *******. And because my loved ones are also affected by their decisions, that is why trump needs to alter his behavior.

oh yeah.. still got plenty of hype to use to ruin the economy (and peoples lives) left in that story... carry on! (note the infection rate WAS always going to increase.. I have little doubt that a majority of people will eventually get a case, but what will continue to fall is the death rate as we learn how to effectively treat it .. and that is already apparent.. deaths from covid are falling.)

Deaths from covid-19 are, at best, flat. But hospitlizations and ICU numbers are spiking. Deaths from covid-19 will follow.

Yes. I did. And then I tried to explain in the simplest terms possible why that is a correct step.

It's not statistical sampling. Do you think the testing is random? If I test 100 people and 1000 people and get different averages it could mean one is right or neither. Your example was dumb, and now you're just trying to defend it when you were half right to start.

I'll ask you a question. If the percentage of the population that's infected is 5%. Would you expect more positives or less from more testing. Would you expect more than 5% or less than 5%.

You're literally here all day dude. Get away from the board and use the Google.

If the actual percentage of a population which was infected is 5%, then I have a 95% confidence that a random sample of 1500 of the population to yield a positive response rate of somewhere between 2%-8%. Yea, I am a political science major who got an A- in my statistics class.

If we instead collect data by asking hundreds of thousands to seek out tests if they feel symptoms, along with hundreds of thousands who get tested because they are ordered to do so regardless of whether they feel symptoms, and then we do that every day for months with the number of tests being performed and the percentage of the positive responses continue to increase for weeks, then I have a greater than 90% certainty that an increase of community spread is also necessary to explain why the daily number of infections are growing.

Increases in testing is insufficient to explain the growing daily infection numbers that we are seeing currently.

Well, Black Folks are doing great in the Trump Economy, they've seen the lowest unemployment since Dems were forced, by the Republicans, to set them free.

    4.8 MILLION jobs in June.

The job gains in May were also revised upward, from 2.5 million to 2.7 million.

In short, the economy is roaring back. I assume this accounts for the Democrats’ desperate attempts to re-impose shutdowns. They need to keep the economy in a depressed state until November.

One sector has not seen job growth over the last two months: GOVERNMENT!

The difference between the white and black unemployed has never been wider, with of course the blacks getting the short end.

not a great record after the Trump shutdown, but seems like now many of those may lose their jobs again now if in TX, FL or CA

Many employers cover it, they take PTO, or they file for unemployment, or disability.

Trump's current record of 7.5 million jobs in 60 days is the best ever, and will likely stand for a thousand years. Th Left hates Americans so has not desire to see us free and prosperous.

SQUAD GOALS: Ilhan Omar Calls for ‘Dismantling’ America’s ‘Economy and Political System’ to Root Out ‘Oppression.’

Ilhan Omar Retweet Suggests Rand Paul Deserved to Be Assaulted

Radio host Derek Hunter, noting the fact that Ilhan Omar grew up in Somalia before coming to the U.S., paraphrased Omar’s remarks this way: “We need to make America fair, like Somalia. There, everyone suffers equally.” “Somalia” started trending on Twitter.

Jenna Ellis, a lawyer for the Trump campaign, tweeted, “How is this woman still in US government? This is contrary to her oath of office.”

The rather stupid, vile, racist and ungrateful Ilhan Omar suggested that the entirety of America’s economy and political system is oppressive merely because white people are, on average, more wealthy and insulated from various pathologies than black people are. Yet Asians are, on average, more wealthy than whites. Does this mean Asians have secretly created a “system of oppression?”

Conservatives like Thomas Sowell have done an excellent job of parsing other potential explanations for racial disparities. President Donald Trump has rightly called school choice the civil rights issue of our time, as it helps foster opportunities for black students, in particular.

Vote for Trump in Nov in order to strike a blow against the haters of Americans.
