It started with one Tuxedo (Tuxy by name), who comes and goes. Then a very pregnant female, then her and three kittens. Two of the kittens have disappeared, hopefully adopted, but the Mom shows up, separate, but the black kitten comes round too. So right now, 3. Until the little hussy gets pregnant again.

We had a little cat show up once and then she disappeared for about a week or so. When she came back she was chewed up and injured. We took her to the vet and she was doctored up. We took her back for another exam and asked the vet if he would spay her. He told us no she might be with kittens. In about a month or so she had two little boy kittens who stayed with us for 15 years.

I am going to go to Barnes and Noble today and pick up books. I would rather go buy apples.

Go outside. Take a quick break or you are going to spend the day wishing you were out there.

Id have to get dressed... opened the windows instead. ;)

Got a pkg from Amazon this morning... wind chimes in memory of my late friend. No clue as to who sent them. How sweet.

I have bought enough used books to fill a room. When my husband was in college I worked at a bookstore most all of his books were bought at half off.

I have a set of windchimes, one of those very expensive kinds, that had belonged to my Dad. I would really like to get them restrung, the threads disintegrated over the years, and the chimes are in a box up in the 'loft'. One of those projects for retirement? Or any clue who actually does something like that for a living?

A little cruise on SUnday, about 90 mils one way... we'd have gone further but the NP service wanted $30 to drive on their property.. I don't know when they started that! Then we had to make an emergency trip.. 500 miles round trip to pick up A/C repair parts.. it had been 105 when we took our Sunday cruise.. but it dropped to 65 degrees on our emergnecy trip.. should taken a day.. but we spent two.. ate exotic food! Mc donalds.. really like their hash browns.. but it was darned expensive.. so we decided to have regular fare in El Paso.. I had beef fajitas, and they used the bagged fajita meat.. and Wifey didn't care much for her enchiladas.. we shoulda stuck to the exotic food. Glad to be home.. spend all morning in th eghost town showing a reall shithole.. (about 6 inches of 'coon **** covers the floor) good thing I enjoy exploring th eghost town.. I most certainly am not making any money tryiong to sell property hereabouts.. did swing by my buddy, Cater's place, told him Benito was looking for a setup to reload shotguns shells.. Cater had none.. did ask me it I'd seen the debate (dammit, now I'll have to wathc it and did) Cater said he'll hold his nose and vote trump.. he hates the New Yorker iwth a passion. Back in the office catching up wiht the goings on in the news.. I shouold have remained ignorant..
My typoing sucks.. but y'all are intelligent people and can follow !

It's a Woodstock, If I remember correctly. It's been quite a while since I've actually seen them. Dad passed in 1995, and the threads (fine waxed thread of some sort) were already worn and broke shortly thereafter. Maybe 36-40 inches long, tip to tail? Deep chime, tuned.
