    There have been militia group types often classified as being far right when these groups have no allegiance to any sentiment but their own anti-Constitutional, anti-American, anti-Government ideologies long before Trump was on anyone’s radar. On the surface, the ideologies of these militia groups is appears to be expressed as the opposite of those of Leftist groups like ANTIFA or BLM, but in reality there is little difference. To suggest that Trump supporters are characterized as ready to engage in terrorism and violence is no different than the suggestion that all Dems support support the the violence of late in places like Minneapolis or Portland. To suggest either point of view is little more than adopting an ‘Us (good), Them (Bad)’ demonizing perspective that has little basis in reality; it is little more than adolescent playground group behavior. Yet, hidden by such rhetoric is that like a playground, a minority of players drive the dynamics and seek opportunities to push others to support their extremist agendas.
    While I take issue with your characterization of Trump supporters (I am not one of them), I agree there are those looking for the right opportunity, the right trigger, to launch their on their agenda something of benefit to no rational person. The violence in Minneapolis, Portland, and elsewhere have provided rationalization for a response by these groups who have been long planning for the apocalypse, hints of which we saw in Kenosha. A song by Buffalo Springfield, written for a different time, are as relevant now as they were then...

    So, you can blame the other side and perpetuate and help increase the divide or you can recognize a minority is driving the division to support agendas for which you have little input or influence, agendas for which few will benefit, agendas that will result in unleashing a level of violence from those that support neither side of the current political divide, rather from those looking to exploit the apparent chaos of current divisions.

    That's just blather defending the indefensible.

    The FBI has already declared right-wing extremists as the greatest danger to the USA. Probably a greater threat than any current external threat.

    Following the FBI’s announcement on Thursday, Whitmer had slammed Trump over his refusal to denounce right-wing extremist groups, particularly white supremacists, during the first presidential debate less than two weeks ago.

    “Hate groups heard the President’s words not as a rebuke but as a rallying cry, as a call to action,” said the governor.

    In response, Trump tweeted that Whitmer “has done a terrible job” with her emergency restrictions amid the COVID-19 pandemic; restrictions that had allegedly infuriated the 13 charged suspects in the FBI case to the point where they allegedly devised a scheme in which they would kidnap Whitmer and put her “on trial.” Several of the suspects allegedly floated the possibility of killing the governor."

    If you purposefully set a building on fire, and then try and help put out the fire later. You dont get credit for helping put out the fire. You still get blamed for it.

    The problem is not whether YOU or the vast majority of Trump supporters identify with these far right nut jobs

    The problem lies in the fact that TRUMP thinks this is his base. That is why he refuses to condemn them, why he gives out dog whistles to them
