Neither of these are actually racism. Obama was believed to have been born in Kenya because that is where his father was from and where his father and mother moved to (after Obama was born). The question at the time was when did Obama's family move to Kenya...before or after his birth. I actually did my research when the question first came up. It didn't matter as his mother was a US citizen and that was enough for Obama to be considered a citizen.

The jury did reach the wrong decision. Chauvin's actions didn't even fit the definition of 3rd degree murder, and the prosecution never proved the elements of 2nd degree murder.
