    It has a lot to do with everything, not just anti-vaxxers. Resist 45 started before Trump ever even took office. Democrats tried their best to thwart democracy and not accept the fact that elections have consequences.

    There was evidence that democrats cooked up an insurance policy in case Trump won and fed the court lies.

    Because the trumpers are changing the rules and putting people in who would overturn the election... Details details. They are certainly not questioning democracy, just total corruption and greed, the brainwashed GOP at this point.....

    I doubt the will of the people is to lose power in their voices and their votes — but I also never thought republicans would have called an insurrection attempt (if you don’t like the word insurrection see Blacks Law Dictionary and ask yourself if it was Democrats that did this if you would be defending it) a “legitimate political discourse” so what do I know.

    The assertion that once a political leader is elected through democratic process everything they do must also be the will of the voter is quite frankly absurd and daft.

    One side seeks to limit or constrain the will of the voter — they other side does too but far less. Neither actually represent the people or we would have programs that most Americans actually support.

    There was no insurrection, only peaceful protesters where a few rioters got out of hand, just as in the summers long riots. Not one person has been charged with insurrection. It is a made up political tool of the left.

    You might be able to make up your own facts and present them to some but any logical person can look up the definition of insurrection and see the events match that definition. There have been people charged with seditious conspiracy so you trying to act like riots last year are even remotely similar as as laughable as the comprehension of basic definitions.

    It wasn't hundreds of cops. However, in the summers long BLM protests, over 2,000 police were injured.

    Well, then, there's something to be said for you after all. :)

    Nominating Trump in 2024 could cost Republicans the election. Democrats may be able to set aside economic problems associated with covid, but the crime wave needs someone one their side like NYC mayor Eric Adams, but he appears to be a one-off.

    Do you have proof it was "hundreds"? The count I saw was 140-150. That's not hundreds. The count on the BLM protests was over 2,000 and they tried overrunning a federal court (you know, democracy), burned down law enforcement buildings, and took over swaths of territory from the US, turning them into lawless zones. Now who are the insurrectionists?
