1. It was not foreign aid from the US. It was a loan from the WMF (World Monetary Fund). The US was going to provide guarantees
2. The withholding of the guarantee was a US Policy. Biden was acting under the direction of President Obama at the time
3. It was not just the US that was demanding the ouster of Shorkin. So was the European Union and the World Bank
4. The reason these groups wanted Shorkin ousted was NOT because he was investigating Hunter Biden or Burisma...but because he WASN'T investigating fraud.

These are the facts of the matter, you can look any of it up. If you don't understand the difference between what Biden did (US Policy) and what Trump did (Corruption) then I can't help you.
