Is there an explanation of why the ruling goes against precedent? Of course not because this is politically motivated manufactured “crime” with no victims and no damages. Letitia and Arthur are complete strangers to the meaning of integrity.

 

They not only recognize it but ENDORSE it.

 

Correct. They justify their unethical and immoral behavior because they consider themselves the party of goodness. Everything or everyone with whom they disagree is therefore evil and thus every form of retribution is justified. The politicization of this obscure law which was a consumer protection law and was never intended to be used in this way is a perfect example. There WERE NO DAMAGES. No one was damaged. The banks all MADE money and GOBS of it and wanted to do MORE business with Trump. No fraud was claimed by the other parties and that paper they signed CLEARLY states that the other party should NOT use the figures presented but to conduct their own appraisals as is SOP. This judge's claim about the values is totally preposterous and he has no authority to do so.
