Well, if you hadn't invaded Poland, no "war crimes" would have been visited upon you. My girlfriend is German and her grandfather was in the Wehrmacht, and her uncle was in the Waffen SS. i never met her uncle because he was killed on the Eastern Front, but i met her grandfather a few times before he died and he told me about his time in the war(leaving a lot out, i suspected) and it was horrifying to hear. War is no good for anyone.
A lot of things. One was witnessing Americans advancing up a hill. The German guns sent salvo after salvo into them, killing dozens of them. He couldn't understand why they kept advancing.

All educated people from Balkan region know that all decisions during WW2 and in the initial post war period were brought by AVNOJ (Anti-Fascist Council of the People's Liberation of Yugoslavia), not Serbs as you claim all the time and decision to deny all rights to people of German ancestry is in the Provisions of the AVNOJ in Jajce, 1943 (Second session of AVNOJ). The AVNOJ resolutions became law on 1. December 1945. (source:E. Zellweger: Structure of state and legislation of the federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia 1945-1948 . In: Eastern Europe manual: Yugoslavia , S. 122 FF., see. the quotation of B. Kidric, S. 129, and. ebda, S. 133, as well as the Belgrader Politika of 24. November 1944.) At the very same session other decisions were brought: -to name Tito, Marshal of Yugoslavia and Prime Minister (Tito was a half Croat-half-Slovene) -to revoke the Yugoslavian government-in-exile; and -to deny King Petar II Karadjordjevic's return to the country, until a popular referendum had been held on the status of the monarchy. There were many war crimes, and arguable 'war crimes', committed on all sides during 'total war'. The Germans committed them, the Russians committed them and the UK committed them (as did others), all in the name of what they saw as 'the greater good'. It was, of course, German expansionism and Nazi policy (and yes, I recognise that there were some reasons behind those, too) that created the situation which led to these things, but that doesn't mean they didn't happen on all sides. Whether they were somehow 'justified' depends on a person's own views and opinions, I suppose, but there are certainly things which were done to the Germans, as well as by the Germans, that I personally find completely unjustifiable (starting with the Treaty of Versaille). That is, unfortunately, what 'total war' does, so let's hope we never see that kind of thing in the world ever again. None of that is relevant to the modern situation, though, and anyone who believes that everyone in the UK wants to wipe out everyone in German is completely mistaken (in fact, anyone who believes that everyone in the UK ever wanted to wipe out everyone in Germany at any time, including during times of war, would be mistaken). I have known many Germans over the years, and I have also visited Germany several times - I have yet to meet a German that I have felt any desire to all to see wiped off the planet! Few people would have any such desires, and those few that do can be discounted as the king of extremists who would happily wipe anyone 'different' of the planet anyway. It should also be noted, of course, that several of the more prominent people who have been speaking up on this thread for the achievements and influence of Germany and Germans are people from the UK.
Not only have I just stated that I have thought about exactly that, but it should be noted from my own location (and opinions) just how acutely aware I am of the past war (and other) crimes perpetrated by 'England'.
