No you pack them in a jar...you can't use any that are waxed..have to be fresh. First ice them down with ice and let them get nice and cold couple hours..this is to keep them crispy....pack them in a sterile jar and bring vinegar to a boil and pour over the top. Seal and you are good to go. The peppers should stay nice and crispy.

Yes, I have hot peppers. I love hot peppers. No garden is complete without hot peppers..I need them for relishes and sauces...I also have onions, sweet bells and several different kinds of heirloom tomatoes.

I am already thinking it was a mistake to come back here..My garden is so much more peaceful. I already have cucumbers, squash, peppers and tomatoes starting to produce.

We have lots of deer here...we are in a condo backed up to this little woods and every year we have at least 1/2 dozen back there....couple years ago I look out the window and see this adult doe...then next I see 4 fawns!!!! All from her!!!!??? I took a bunch of pictures but they are on a disc because they were on my other computer.
