Now I read years ago that caesarian came from Caesar...but the above says Caesar's name came from Caesar, the procedure......either way, Caesar DID have something to do with the name and spelling..

Birth isn't the creation of the fetus, no, but it is the beginning of it's life as an independent person. So you could say that birth is bringing a person into the world as it's the beginning of a lifelong recognition as a born person.
