But at least ALL of those people, in ALL of those MANY times 10 rounds are needed, will be alive. Right?

But that is obviously true, as I am sure you know by now.

"Philip Etienne - a former undercover policeman who has
bought dozens of guns during his career with the Met, as
detailed in his book, The Infiltrators - believes the problem
is growing rapidly because criminals increasingly feel
    pressurised into carrying firearms.

There are so many guns in circulation that, to the people
selling them, they are just another commodity, just a way
of making money. That's the business they're in and it
wouldn't occur to them to do anything else. When I was in
the police force, we concentrated on taking them out of
circulation rather than making arrests. If we heard
someone had guns for sale we would just go and buy as
many of them as we could. But today there are so many
out there, I don't think we could keep up.' Unfortunately,
    Etienne looks to be right."

Six years after the UK Gun Ban and guns were easy for criminals to obtain. Gun Bans are harder to enforce than heroin bans.

This cannot happen, I am told, in Australia, because Aussie gun laws prevent it.

Wait... you aren't aware that Aussie gun laws allow ownership of any number of firearms - including semi-autos- that are more than capable of killing 17 people in 3 minutes?
    Why?

What happened to the guns that were not bought back, as mandated by law?
Were the owners allowed to keep them or were they confiscated?

If you want to debate your gun laws, get your facts straight and stop being untruthful

And we're right back to demanding our soldiers be nuked. Nukes, the use of which would kick off ww3. Nukes which would be an escalation of force since we wouldn't in any way shape or form need them to smash iran like a bug.

No, because the idiots who would call for a knife ban would have to get rid of the 2A first.

You know, just like the leftist morons running Europe banning knives and putting jihadis on welfare.

You mean the same Iran that funds Hamas, Hezbollah, PLO, other terror organizations, chants "death to America and Israel", and is putting missile systems in Syria to strike Israel?

    Take that nonsense somewhere else.

    Oh am I?

Where's the generalization? That Europe has allowed itself to become overrun with terrorists, putting them on government assistance, while passing laws to disarm their peaceful citizens?

Which country did I over-generalize with?

I thought we were talking about confiscation in the US? Why you going on about Europe? My comment was about your hyperbole regarding people in the US who would want to ban knives too.
    You're acting emotional.

    Oh we are.

    We're talking about leftist proclivities.

The same leftists who think taking guns away from people solves violence are the same kind of morons who think taking their scissors away stops violence.

    You're projecting.

No one is looking to take away knives or scissors. Are there some people who would like there to be no guns? Sure. Just like there are people who think trees have feelings or that we should all be vegans. But those people are in the minority. Take a few deep breaths.

yes, just like "no one is looking to take away your guns".

    Just stop.

Leftists in Europe are the same as leftists in the US. If guns were banned they'd want knives or whatever else their failed ideology and poor thinking skills leads them to believe is "for the good of society".

Leftism understands two things: mandatory or banned.
