You're just wasting words on ignoring the reality: we know that passive policies do not eliminate discriminatory inefficiency and inequity.

No. This is my attempt to get you to tell the truth. Whites still control the economic and political life of the USA. Ask any Asian person.

Affirmative action can make people uncomfortable about if minorities got their success based purely on their merit, or if they needed government interference. It breeds racism.

Black people earn what they get. Period.

No, not if they needed a helping hand. If they needed a helping hand, or if there is a chance that they needed a helping hand because of systemic racism against whites and Asians, it breeds suspicion that they, in fact, did not earn what they got.

Did all Whites earn everything they got before Affirmative Action became law?

Some idiot doing something stupid is the future of every white person?

No . It's not. It's the kind of thing racists spew to freak out other racists

    Earlier you said:
Affirmative action isn't going away? So, then, what does white privilege mean? I mean, you are so sure that government-sanctioned racism against middle-class, working-class, and poor whites will not go away; it's as if those whites don't have the privilege to not be put at a systemic disadvantage. What kind of lousy privilege is this!

    Then you said:
Black people need hundreds of years to catch up to middle-class, working-class, and poor whites?

I'm going to guess it's about the same as for anyone, since racial discrimination is illegal. If you have clear and genuine examples of illegal racial discrimination, please share them.

Other than that which has been given special exemption .. AA, handicaps to college entry for Asians, etc.

No, not all whites earned everything, just as I am sure all blacks did not earn everything. Unlike you, I don't see the world as black and white (no pun intended. Ok, maybe some pun intended). Rather, I see the world in different shades of gray. Why should middle-class, working-class, and poor whites undergo the albatross of affirmative action, and rich whites, or at least whites with influence (e.g. legacy admission or political clout) don't have to bear it?

Changing it from 'equal pay' to 'discriminatory inefficiency and inequity' is pretty lame, Reivs. What's happened to your big brain?

No idea what you’re going on about. You’re just rambling incoherently.

WHITE PRIVILEGE: inherent advantages possessed by White people on the basis of their race in a society characterized by racial INEQUALITYand INJUSTICE.

Well, if that were true, why can't middle-class, working-class, and poor whites get rid of it? It seems that they are powerless to get rid of it, which is antithetical to actual systemic privilege. It clearly puts them at a disadvantage. In 2017, Harvard, for example, had a freshman class that was majority non-white. (1) This is in spite of the fact that whites make up 60% of this country (2); yet Harvard's 2017 freshman class was only made of 49.1% of white people, which is disproportionately low, whereas blacks made up 14.6%, which is disproportionately high, considering they are only 13% of the population. That is inequality. That is injustice. That is not white privilege.

No, it's pretty clear. You expressed an interest in examples of bonafide racial discrimination.

WHITE privilege doesn't protect a White person from ALL of life's problems. It does protect them from the problem of being Black in a White privileged society.

What advantages are they, when whites are second tier citizens in America?

Why did Blacks have to bear the albatross of oppression, Jim Crow and discrimination for 400 years?

They'd just about shed it by 1999 ..... but then the Left Elite decided it didn't like all of this upstartery, and set to reminding the little brown people of their helplessness. It compounded that control, with further helplessness via crippling welfare dependence (see what it does to labrats).

You're suggesting that POC in America are prevented from achieving whatever they want to achieve. Clearly, that isn't true.
