You call that bloodletting? Compare the tone to the republicans in 2016- not even in the same ballpark.

Well, Trump being in the mix was an anomaly; - fo sure, lol... If you were to look at the interaction / 'blood letting' twixt the remaining 15 GOP candidates in the past cycle... It's about where Biden & Sanders are at right now, more than 1.5 yr. out. I am eagerly rubbing my hands together in anticipation of the internal Dem. strife that will exponentially ensue... Despite their 'token' claims & promises to the contrary (they aint contrite angels), candidates are inherently self centered & power hungry opportunists; - even more than we the constituency, LOL! :)

Well if you take that as the base line I expect much less rancor this time around. Right now most of what I hear is orange man bad from the (ex) Senators running. The others seem to be running on platforms as they try to get themselves known. Biden, Klobuchar, Booker and Harris will be hit hard on their support and voting for trillions of dollars for wars in the middle east and taking drug and health insurance money. Warren and Butigieg a little less so

Your being facetious, ironical perhaps,.... Right? ~ !!!

Yup, I see the truth now - Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Amy Klobuchar, Kirten Gillibrand & Pocahontas Warren (esp.), have been so busy developing their " + ", brilliant & efficacious political platforms that they haven't had the time or inclination to treat President Trump w/ anything but kid gloves.... :) ROTFL~!

I said just the opposite. It is the lesser known candidates that have been crafting platforms. The senators all have
well known positions. It is Yang, Tulsi, Inslee, Ryan, Buttigieg that have been busy crafting platforms.

Obama as being equated to Trump in the 2nd night of da' 2nd debate - insofar as 'anti-progressivism' on the border ~ ROTFL...!

What a pandering cohort of wackadoodle socialist ... A 'hoot' to watch! :)
Biden stood out, (not only for his amnesiac blunderigs) but for his loose acuity tetheirngs to reality, on healthcare. But yes, on 'global warming (ROTFL) his assertion of cutting off all fossil fuels in x 10 years wouldn't be the 'euthanizing syringe shot' to our US of A... lol! Simple question... If J Biden were your last living family member would you gladly give him 'power of attorney over your fate...?

BTW... too bad the rest of the industrialized world won't be subscribing to the '$ trillions New Green Deal' that the 2020 frauds are espousing... hmmm?

& if they were NOT being 'propped up', (artificially as we call it) how sustainable would they be... ? :)

O... of course the 'fall back' - without "global warming" the solar panels, wind turbines, hydro (river and tides) power would magically function as they have 'forever' (with fluctuations decade to decade). ONE succinct word for you - 'as a child of a solar powered household; - to present - BULL SHEITE~

I am building a home presently & have purchased solar panels & plan on tapping into the hydro potential running below the bluff that my house sits upon. I am literally sitting on a parcel of property that affords me ~ solar, hydro & wind! There is no way in hell that I should rely solely on 'mother nature' to supply me with power (when it counts most)

Diesel, gas, propane, natural gas gens have their virtues, granted, however 'the grid' is a necessary evil at times... (how far off track have I wandered) ... O - well... S
your & my tax dollars are being used toward this end; rest assured on that...

I'm not sure how many pennies of each $ dollar that 'gov.' takes from us actually goes toward the "intended end", however, rest assured that it's "minuscule". Do some digging of your own & have a 'vomit bag' on hand... Sorry - S :)

I wonder what hegemonic masculinity / sexist 'Narrative' & pho-traps the DNC is conjuring up at this very moment - in the event that Harris or Warren become the D nom...?

Lol, & so it comes to pass... sort of~

Still not sure why Tusli Gabbard is being shut out by the DNC; considering Biden's faltering cognitive state & blatantly misguided outbursts. Seems to me that Gabbard, despite being a died in the wool 'leftist', is uniquely poised to pick up a huge number of Independents & even a fair number of moderate Republicans (RINO's) ...

This is going to be an ugly election and there will be a lot of angry people at the end. Unity is not going to happen, maybe not ever.

There are ideological gray areas to 'cross the isle' on, compromise etc. (however) when core fundaments of Constitutionality, Morality etc. are overtly spurned - sometimes stark repudiation is the only conscionable thing to do... imho :)

I think we all agree with that theory but we are going to war over which side has the high ground.

The higher ground would be those on the Constitutional side of things.
