The MSM barely covered secession petitions when they burst upon the scene. Since then secession has completely dropped off the media radar screen. The topic has more or less disappeared on the Net as well. Sean Hannity revives the topic a bit in this audio: I especially like Seans reference to the elections in 2014. After all how many elections can be called the most important election in the nations history before voters think of Chicken Little: Finally, Hussein & Company going all-out to abolish the 2nd Amendment adds to my belief that 2016 is the election that turns the country around or destroys it forever.
it may already be too late. when half of the voters are on the dole, it becomes very hard to reverse the trend towards socialism and destruction of the USA as a free republic.

Except that Obamacare is not socialized medicine. It does not give out free health care. It does not institute government-run doctors and hospitals. It doesn't even institute government-run health insurance. What it does is make insurance more affordable. One of the big winners in Obamacare is the private, for-profit insurance industry which will be getting tens of millions of new paying customers.
Up to now, you have been forced to pay for medical care (usually the most expensive medical care, the ER) of people who choose not to have insurance. These people are called "free-riders" because they pay NOTHING in, and you foot the bill. That's the system you want to keep. Under Obamacare, those free riders will be pushed (not forced) to buy insurance. If they choose not to, then they pay the tax. Either way, 50 million Americans are finally going to be taking some personal responsibility for paying for their health care. BTW, this idea originated with the conservative Heritage Foundation. Republicans loved it right up until the day that President Obama embraced it, then it magically become socialism. Which is weird, because nothing could be further from socialism than telling people they AREN'T getting a free ride anymore.
The government isn't "giving" health care. It's forcing hugely profitable insurance companies to treat the American people with some decency.
I listen to Sean Hannity on the radio. (Sun Tzu can explain why). He stated over and over and over and over and over that 2012 was "the most important election in our lifetime" for all the various and sundry "America will be doomed if we lose" reasons. November 6th 2012 comes and goes....he loses....and then suddenly "miraculously" we are given ANOTHER 2-4 years "reprieve" and 2014 or 2016 is "the most important election in our lifetime".

Members of the parasites class are defined as everyone who derives the majority of their income from tax dollars without being necessary to the operation of limited government. A parasite can be a billionaire or an unnecessary government employee of which there are millions, or a welfare recipient living on an entitlement program. AT LEAST four million more parasites will begin living on tax dollars when the Affordable Care Act is fully implemented.
