2017 Congressional Baseball Shooting

Today marks the 1 year anniversary of the Republican Congressional Baseball Shooting.

The video is chilling and you can see Rep. Steve Scalise lying in the field at about the 2:30 mark.

I think one of the most over looked facts in this story is the fact that the shooter James Hodgkison was a volunteer on the Bernie Sanders campaign and was purposely targeting Republicans.

Thank God for Steve Scalise's recovery and Thank God that Hodgkinson wasn't able to kill or injure more Republicans, clearly that was his intentions.

This kind of violence from the Left should be rejected and denounced.

However, as our President continues to make America stronger and his popularity continues to grow, ALL Americans need to be cautious and aware that this kind of political violence we saw one year ago today can break out again anywhere at any time.

he didn't kill them like he wanted to, therefore he had poor aim. if he had killed them, a bunch of terrible bills wouldn't have passed. it's not my fault that's the case, it's just the way life is. maybe if politicians didn't support such horrible things, desperate people wouldn't get it in their heads that murder is the right answer.
