There's other terms to describe people that support violence against political opponents and celebrate violence against the innocent.

 

I don't support violence against political opponents and Scalise isn't innocent. Going and shooting up people isn't going to do anything long term but get yourself killed and cause suffering, but I also understand why someone would have that much anger built up against people as awful as any given republican congressman and I don't feel terribly bad for those people.
