It wasn't just a drunk driver because the truck contained guns and explosives, and the driver was in a gun-fight with the police. Authorities are right to call it an attack.

ISIS is celebrating the attack on twitter, and are an obvious suspect, but it has not yet been confirmed at they are responsible. I think it's still premature to assign blame to them, but if it's confirmed they are responsible, I don't think anyone will be surprised.

There was a fire at the Eiffel Tower as well, but I heard that it was just an accident with the fireworks. Oups.
