thank you for admitting it was not a travel ban, travel was still allowed, just not for Chinese nationals - Trump allowed travel to and from China during this outbreak instead of shutting it down

No, but I think they should have been required to be quarantined in a government facility before re-entering the public. Banning forns probably helped to some extent in slowing the initial surge but it was not nearly enough.
