    you cannot claim moral authority by punishing a killer by killing them, you are no better than them. why do you think only rogue states in the west have the death penalty?

    Can you see where this thread is trending.. Its normal here. Progressives dont like a topic they either get it locked or deflect the hell out of it. If this guy had white skin they would be replying in droves. 8 people are dead because of this guy and they want to discuss anything but him.... You figure it out.

    I think you'd have to start with the supposition that I give a (*)(*)(*)(*) about the Constitution. If the 2A gives you the right and the opportunity to murder 6 kids and a mother, the Constitution must be jettisoned.

    Most of us agree with you so who gives a rip who he points out? It's in his progressive nature to find the one example he feels most threatened by and continue to be annoying.

    I don't have the moral authority unless my life, the lives of my family or my property is in immediate danger. However, the rule of law does have that authority.

    My mother didn't let guns in our home for a long time because she was worried one of her nieces or nephews or the kids that came by every now again for a safe haven would get their hands on the weapon. Then she had me and around my 8 month birthday a man my dad had arrested came up too her yelling and screaming at her with me in her arms, small town back then now it's booming. However, that changed her mind about having a weapon in the home, and a few people coming bye to burn our car.

    It has to do with a guy having the rights and opportunities to kill 8 people. The Constitution is a laughing stock.

    He doesn't have the right to kill anyone. Yeah that's called a crime. Several crimes in this case.

    If he didn't have a gun would he have not killed them? I think we both know he would have done it anyway. He could have overpowered those kids and the mother with a butter knife.

    This individual cannot and should not be allowed back into society. The only way to ensure that is death.
