So you can chase down and murder a black man running down the street.

Posting here is a social profile and by law you must reveal it when being questioned as a prospective juror.

Failing to do so can land you in jail.

I don’t post here. It’s someone else pretending to be me.

Tell it to the judge as he gives you some time to think about it.

No one can do that on the net and the best part is the defense can discover that and not use it to remove you from a jury, then if their client is found guilty they will bring up that you lied during questioning and get a mistrial based on that.

Then the court will come down on you with a criminal charge for lying and you will be waiting on another jury to decide your fate.

    What goes around comes around.

What you said so either stop insinuating I am a racist or you will be reported, got it?

He didn't enter the front but he entered. Where is your video you have of him entering the front, if you can demand I post one I can demand you do.

Go ask them, did they at the time they were entering illegally? Did the white people return and were spotted by the McMichael's or Perez?

Why do you asked stupid specious questions instead of arguing the facts?

Show me the video of him entering from the front, process of elimination. He didn't have to steal something to be illegally in the house, a burglary as has been cited to you over and over and over why do you have such difficulty understanding a simple fact? If you have not seen the video of him outside the house then trespassing, if you have not seen the video of him inside the house then you have no business discussing the issue and are merely wasting everyone's time. :police:

That's a dumb thing to do, since 2000, 90 jury decisions have been tossed out resulting in retrials and in most cases the offending juror has been sent to jail for contempt of court.

In high profile cases the jury pool is placed under a microscope by both the defense and the prosecution, defense attorneys hire private investigators and the state used sworn members of the States Attorney office, by the time they are done there is nothing they don't know about you, including any and all online interactions.

Both sides have been known to pull phone and ISP records and private investigators have been known to do some very sketchy things to dig into a persons online activity.

A few years back I worked at a location in West Broward where the people within the facility had the capability to monitor what targets where doing online, in real time, with the person being monitored never knowing what was going on.

No one is anonymous on the net in the U.S. and you never know when someone is electronically looking over your shoulder.

By statute the charge of burglary only requires someone to be where they are not authorized to be with the intent of committing a felony, intent does not require stealing something.

You are misinformed on this matter.

"McMichael said as he turned around and returned to the property, he observed the unknown male run back through the open house under construction ..."

Report whatever you want, I never called you a racist. Get out your feelings.

You made the claim, hell he may have come down the chimney.

That's the best you got. They sure as hell didn't have a problem spotting Arbery.

You make assumptions and then claim they are fact, if can't walk the walk stop talking the talk.

I don't need to, you made the statement that he entered from the back so prove it.
So does that mean there was alot of white burglars entering the property as well and did they enter the property from the back. Did they look suspicious as well and why didn't the McMichaels run and get their guns when they saw them on the property.

    Impossible.

Did you mean: Zero imprint that can lead back to my actual identity?

    If so, almost impossible.

And you can not demonstrate intent to commit a felony here by Arbery.

Well hopefully this will forever put to rest the false notion that the only thing they knew was that he was black.

Did you even read the report? They can not identify Arbery as the person he saw.

Wow, convicted shoplifters better stay out of stores because a busybody can shoot them dead for just walking out of a store because the busybody can claim that the shoplifter entered the store to steal something because that is what he had done in the past.
