I think the fact that Travis himself told the cops he raised his gun at Arbery and ordered him to get on the ground is 100% proof that Aggravated Assault occurred, even if you ignore the truck chase and even bumping into Arbery with the truck. Before we had only grainy footage showing the shotgun being raised so you may have had doubt on that, but Travis admitted to it.

Once you have that aggravated assault, this is 100% murder and an easy conviction.

Maybe the case can be made that Travis doesn't have the intellect to stand trial given that he didn't understand that what he did was wrong.
