I don't think it was a grand jury. The new DA asked the state investigators to look into it and they did the arrest. Curious. It may go to a grand jury still, don't know. But read the comments here from the angry mob even if it does and the grand jury does not indict they will simply declare the GJ as racist and it's Georgia. And even if the GJ indicts and it goes to trial and that jury finds not guilty then the trial was rigged and that jury all a bunch of racist. This has already been prejudged.
