Wow we see alot of threads on here when a black person kills someone white and I damn sure don't see you come on here whining about that.

That's easy for you to do as a white man.

There are plenty of white neighborhoods across this country where I damn sure wouldn't feel safe in as a black man. When the next thread pops up about someone black killing someone white I will wait to see if your comments are the same.

 

Democrats push gun control. I live in Los Angeles where police treat you like a king. (Rodney King!) Private citizens may not legally carry guns here. Only law enforcement, judges, and criminals carry guns here. Your own thread shows that the victim had a conviction just for having a gun. I just don't understand why most black people vote for the party that makes them criminals for protecting themselves. Do you have an opinion on that?

 

First, not all victims die. While many are murdered, some are raped or robbed. Here in Los Angeles (The Democrats petri dish) No CCWs are issued to private citizens. Only cops, judges, and criminals carry guns here. How many cops are getting raped, robbed and murdered?

 

Give me the name or number of the Democratic law that says only cops can own guns.

It seems in your rush to judgement you left out an important portion of the known facts.

George E. Barnhill, a prosecutor who previously worked the case told the police that the McMichael's "acted within the scope of Georgia's citizen's arrest statute and that Travis McMichael, who held the shotgun, had acted out of self-defense," according to documents obtained by The Times.

In a letter recusing himself sent to the Glynn County Police Department, Barnhill wrote: "that he did not believe there was evidence of a crime, noting that Gregory McMichael and his son had been legally carrying their weapons under Georgia law."

Additionally, he wrote that the McMichaels had "solid firsthand probable cause," and were justified in chasing him because they thought he was a burglary suspect, under the state's citizen's arrest law, according to The Times.

 

Waiting periods are one.

 

Your own thread shows that he was a criminal for carrying a gun on campus. Cops can take guns on campus. In Los Angeles, if you take your gun out of your home, you become a felon. Don't pretend you are unaware of democrats pushing gun control.

 

Cops get killed all the time. The odds that concealed carry would protect a person from any of those things is astronomical while the lives unnecessarily lost are far more significant. If gun owners would just register all of their guns then the world would be a safer place.

Kinduv ironic that the incident that led to the murder in this thread was a supposed lawful gun owner losing his gun by leaving it in an unlocked car (or more likely lost it somewhere else / sold it to a felon friend). Then that same guy irresponsibly got into a fight and shot someone twice with a shotgun.

 

I eagerly await evidence that the waiting period cost a single life.

 

You can see why he had to recuse. You have to have immediate or direct knowledge that the person had committed a crime. Seeing him jogging through the neighborhood ain't that.

Someone post the statistics for black on white violence and theft vs white on black. Not even close.

 

Maybe he specializes in residential burglaries, or grabbing loaded shotguns.

More than likely he was shot because of his actions not his color.

 

He recused because of his ties to the local police department not your baseless suppositions.

You Never see me get all up tight and post about a Black person killing a White person on this Forum, because I look at all Peoples lives as the same, BUT! there's plenty of material out there if I was as focused on Race as you are. I think you'd do yourself a favor and if you didn't look at the World Black and White, but more on Character traits, such as Good as opposed to Evil or Morality compared to Criminality and leave the Race **** out of it. Incorrect by law the permit can take as long as 30 days to process and often take that long when LEO's who issue permits are backlogged, and then there is a second wailing period of 7 days once the gun is purchased.

You are intentionally blurring the issue by saying that cops get killed all the time. Its not like cops are called when everything is calm and safe. How many police departments get robbed?

Registration is the same as asking for permission. Thats why Los Angeles politicians have successfully disarmed private citizens while criminals don't ask for permission. Providing criminals with easy victims is all gun laws do.

 

This is a race crime and these killers all should be charged with 2nd degree murder
