A Real Petition to remove Armed Protection for Politicians

I think that is an equally atrocious and silly idea.

There are people in this world willing to kill politicians. To expect our federal elected officials to forgo the security to protect them unless they pay for it themselves is nothing more than nonsense.

 

How does that work exactly ?.Meaning you and your Family don't deserve
the protection and safety of arms,like the Secret Service or Bodyguards.
Because that is what is being proposed.That law-abiding,tax-paying
citizens may be denied arms.Joe Biden said as much.
So ... in effect both YOU and your Immediate Family don't rate.
That happens to be the platform of Democrats.
That you don't need or qualify for any Gun or weapon { rifle,shotgun,hand gun etc.}.
Yet those Bureaucrats demanding the usurpattion of the 2nd Amendment just
so happen to have Bodyguards and now possible lifetime Secret Service,
like I believe Obama granted his buddies like Valerie Jarrett.

 

Listen, I realize your argument failed, utterly and totally failed. At this point I will kindly ask you to point your questions elsewhere.

 

When my house was invaded my wife called 911. She called 911 a total of three times the second and third asking where the f they were. It took them 24 minutes to arrive and I live near the center of town. So excuse me if I want the right to own a gun over waiting for 911 response to protect my family. The lard butt detective couldnt even walk down my stairs without weasing.

As is obvious, there are folk willing to kill kids yet we do not take that threat very seriously. The point is not to remove security from our vital politicians but to create REAL safety for the rest of us...that is not accomplished by disarmament or silly things like 'gun free zones'...What we need to address the real isue, crazy folk running loose and a secular moral bankruptcy.

 

Once again, I am against further gun control, and when you are a specific target for being assassinated I will advocate just as strongly for your Secret Service protection.

 

I am pleased to hear it...I assume you also plan on providing armed folk in all our schools so as to reduce deaths.

 

So then if one like yerself could go back and rethink their Vote of
President back last November,would you still consider a Party {Democrat}
and a President who are openly seriously calling for an Executive Order
on Gun control.Basically a banning of most Guns.Those few guns allowed
will have to be re-Registered and put into a Federal Data base.
You're down with voting for a Party and a President who consider such
moves,aggressibvely AFTER a National Election.When their ass ain't on the
line.

 

The thing is, they are all given the armed protection of the secret service - Obama recently signed a law that would afford him secret service protection for life. AND he wants to further limit my right to protection. THAT is why this petition exists.

 

This petition will be incredibly valuable for marketers who want sucker lists!!

I like the idea, and as some have suggested signs could take the place of the armed bodyguards.
Each lawmaker could be issued a sign they hang around their neck, that reads: "I Am A Gun-Free Zone. If You Are Armed Stay Back"

 

Because nothing says 'home grown terrorist' more than a bunch of dim yahoos attempting to make it easier for their faithful kin to murder politicians.

Keep signing, though, it's good to identify yourselves.

 

So what are you for? I am for removing the dangerous from our streets. I am for restricting the entertainent industry at least as strongly as we do the gun industry.

 

The people having the right to have protection from tyranny and occupation that isn't based on a system that can fail, seems paramount to me!
