    We are talking a person who kills a pregnant mother...we had at least two cases where they cut the baby out of the womb

    It's intolerant libs who feel strongly about abortions, it's their liberal orthodoxy that no longer allows "pro-life" democrats.

    If libs ran a pro-life democrat in Alabama, they'd have 1 more democratic senator on Tuesday... But there are no pro-life democrats left in the democratic party, you kicked them all out. It's time to pay the price now for left's stupidity, intolerance and orthodoxy.

    Currently, at least 38 states have fetal homicide laws. The states include: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia;and>Wisconsin>. At least 23states have fetal homicide laws that apply to the earliest stages of pregnancy ("any state of gestation," "conception," "fertilization" or "post-fertilization"); these are indicated below with an asterisk (*).

    And that's not a person and not murder.

    The abuse would be the abandonment of that life were it forced to go to term...and most anti-abortion types would happily abandon it with blithe comments like

    "That's not my problem. The mother has to deal with it".or "Why should I have to pay anything for it"

    This after you forced the mother to bear that unwanted child to an unprepared and unwilling mother.

    Maybe you missed it but Roe V Wade makes abortion legal. Which means it's not murder.

    Maaaaate I live in QLD Aus. Abortion is illegal here.

    And yet it is done legally and judging by federal records on how often the procedure is performed at least as often as the USA

    Legislation is useless

    Why? Because if you make it totally illegal then women die Like they are inTexas. If you put a health and well being clause in the law becomes useless

    Lots actually. They will vote on issues, not MSM smear, lies and slander and not on liberal hysteria and manufactured outrages. And abortion is indeed an important issue for many of them.... But generally, they loath liberals and their globalist anti-american agenda.
