If they want grand jury disclosure they can simply pass a law permitting Grand Jury disclosure to Congress in special counsel investigations. They remember how to pass laws, no?

Absent such very limited circumstances, Barr would run afoul of this near blanket prohibition, and could be sanctioned by contempt of court if he disclosed to Congress any grand jury information in the Mueller report under Fed. R. Crim. P. 6(e)(7).

Barr's claim is that he's holding back becausee of public disclosure.

But, the House subpoena doesn't have to do with public disclosure.

 

I predicted earlier that Mueller was operating under the "reasonable doubt" standard for prosecution, which is a very high bar to clear, and that there's stuff in the report that's going to look very bad for Trump. The stories coming out in the last couple of days confirm this.

The report will be damning and will dog Trump the same way Clinton's email scandal dogged her. She could never shake it.

 

The people who think a summary letter saying "no additional indictments" after 96 indictments, 6 pleas, and 4 prison sentences means Trump is innocent, are the SAME PEOPLE screaming "LOCK HER UP!" after 32 hearings, 6 trials, 12 hours of testimony, 0 indictments, 0 pleas, and 0 prison sentences.

The investigation of how the whole collusion meme ain't over, it's just getting started.

 

After a two year investigation in which Mueller was given all the resources he requested it has finally concluded. Muellers words: : "The investigation did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities. ... The evidence does not establish that the president was involved in an underlying crime related to Russian election interference."

 

We know the crimes she committed Comey laid them out. We also know there was a conspiracy at the DOJ and FBI from the get go to not charge her. Here no collusion and no obstruction and every effort to charge people.

 

Sounds pretty unequivocal to me.

 

Of course Nadler et al know full well but their intended audience knows dick and will be encouraged to believe there is now something to hide unless the report is released immediately. This from the same crowd that insisted Mueller should take his time and not be rushed. In that case it was "We should wait for the Mueller Report".

As rational citizens in control of their emotions have learned since President Trump took office, the Command of the New Democratic Party is focused on destruction of their enemy, not the welfare of the country.

It uses propaganda, and deep state subversive agents to achieve that aim. Everyone should see their tactics as setting dangerous precedents that threaten the country.

There is no provision in the Constitution that requires the President to submit the information their witch hunt is seeking. Yet, even though they are fully aware of that, they are inciting violence and revolt among their indoctrinated followers by painting fantasies that don't exist.

There are principles of our society that are foundational to the freedoms our Founding Fathers fought and died to secure. Hell, that my ancestors who fought in the Revolutionary War fought and died to secure.

The NDP wants to throw that foundation out. Thankfully, they haven't been allowed to throw the Constitution out, so there are some protections in place to keep their blitzkrieg from achieving all of it's goals.
