Of course it is! Paraphrasing is changing the wording of a phrase while keeping the underlying meaning.

You accused me of "misquoting" only because you didn't know what "paraphrasing" meant. Now that you know, you might want to avoid ridiculing yourself by trying to justify unjustifiable accusations.

None of the multiple parties (mostly registered Republicans) who have confirmed Moore's habitual behavior of stalking teenage girls has been shown to have any reason to lie, nor his victims who reluctantly related their personal experiences after a reporter followed up on accounts he had been hearing, located the individuals who were unknown to one another, and encouraged them to share their stories.

I have no idea where you are getting your accounts that attempt to discredit his victims, as those with a partisan motive to smear them will parrot their fake sources, but no one but Moore has been shown to have an incentive to lie, and even many GOP partisans do not find his denials remotely credible.

Many Republicans - who would dearly love to buy Moore's story - cannot.

    Just a few:

Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who vacated the seat that Moore is a candidate for: "I have no reason to doubt these young women."

Senator Richard Shelby (AL) told CNN reporters Wednesday he would “absolutely not” vote for Roy Moore and called the allegations “disturbing.” Shelby said he would write in a “distinguished Republican” on Dec. 12.

Missouri Republican Sen. Roy Blunt said that women who have made allegations against Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore of Alabama have "a more credible story" than Moore.

House Speaker Paul Ryan: "No. 1, these allegations are credible. No. 2, if he cares about the values and the people he claims to care about, then he should step aside."

As Ivanka Trump stated, "There's a special place in hell for people who prey on children. I've yet to see a valid explanation and I have no reason to doubt the victims' accounts,"

As Mitt Romney noted, "Roy Moore in the US Senate would be a stain on the GOP and on the nation. Leigh Corfman and other victims are courageous heroes. No vote, no majority is worth losing our honor, our integrity."

Moore, who could not keep his story straight as whether he knew any of his victims, (Moore initially admitted that he knew some of the women and called women like Debbie Wesson Gibson a “good girl.” [He also remembered Gloria Thacker Deason]. Then recently he abruptly did a 180 turn and said that he did not know any of the women.) now hides from the press and their questions.

    His hiding certainly makes sense.

First of all you literally quoted The Who’s who of establishment republicans and claim they’d love to believe moore. That’s patently absurd. Those are the same people who did not support him during the primary because he’s not establishment and is an actual conservative. The idea that they want Moore in office is so incredibly laughable it’s almost pathetic.

Second of all your description of what has occurred borders on dishonesty. The other women who had any real contact with Moore stated he did nothing illegal. And in fact on the two occasions he stepped over the line by kissing them and they told him to stop and take them home, that’s exactly what he did according to their own testimony. This is in direct contradiction to the report of the other two girls who claim he got aggressive and refused to take them home and then sexually assaulted them.

And my claims are simply fact. The one woman with the yearbook that she refuses to release claimed she worked at the restaurant at 14 when she couldn’t have done so because the legal age to work in Alabama at that time was 15. The other girl who was 14 claimed he stripped her to her underwear before he went to the bathroom in one interview and then claims he stripped her after he went to the bathroom in another.

There is literally ZERO credible evidence that Moore did anything illegal. And the ONLY two witnesses who said he did either lied or can’t keep their story straight. Making their testimony completely unreliable.

To assert the man is guilty based on that flimsy BS is preposterous.

Says the party of senator Stubbs who actually did have sex with a minor and was lionized by his Democratic colleagues for his "vision" in the days before kiddie porn was a federal crime.

The only idiots are the people vilifying, condemning and declaring guilty Moore with literally zero evidenceexcept for the claims of two women from 40 years ago who told no one of consequence during that 40 years. One of whom lied about working at the restaurant she claims he sexually assaulted her at and refuses to release the yearbook that is clearly a forgery.

And the only other accuser can’t keep her story straight after having 40 years to do so. To claim the man is guilty with that evidence is the very definition of partisan idiocy.

If you insist upon charging Moore with crimes in order to evoke your "due process", of course you can.

Everyone else seems to be focused upon the election, and whether the White evangelicals of Alabama will send a lying teenage predator to join Republican senators in Washington who do not want the degenerate.

    Let's hope they do!

You are clearly an ideological extremist who is eager to have a lying predator of teenage girls in the Senate.

You will believe what you need to believe despite the overwhelming, credible evidence.

    Overwhelming? Are you on drugs?

You don’t think the fact she wasn’t old enough to work at the restaurant when she said she did is a relevant factor?

You don’t think the fact that a woman just happened to forget to mention a traumatizing event like being stripped to her underwear and made to sit in a strange house with an old man while he got undressed in the bathroom calls into question her story? While it may seem inconsequential to you, there is a HUGE difference between being fully clothed in someone’s house while you wait for them in the bathroom as opposed to being just stripped down to your underwear by a 30 year old man and made to wait there in your bra and panties while he goes into the bathroom for god knows what.

And the fact she just happened to forget that important detail calls into question the entirety of her testimony.

Rural Alabama folks are great folks to be around. I drive through and stay in Alabama about 12-15 times per year for business. As long as you are wearing the right colors on Saturday, tricky to know if you're in auburn or tide country, you will be treated kindly.

Those with an ideological need to pretend that everyone with no reason to lie about Roy Moore is lying, and that Roy Moore who has an obvious compelling reason to lie is not, will do so.

If it were not for politics, they would readily admit that the weight of common testimony confirms his having been a sexual predator, not fantasize that there is a mysterious, widespread conspiracy in his community, mostly by decent, honest Republicans, to expose him.

He cannot even keep his own story straight:
Roy Moore victimized teenage girls to satisfy his sexual desires forty years ago, and he tries to victimize those same women to satisfy his political ambitions now.

It's about time he stopped attacking innocent women.

What in the hell are you talking about? I didn’t victim blame anyone. I said a true victim would not have forgotten that detail.

Did I miss something? What did Gibson say Moore did illegal? In fact by her own account Moore never acted anything except a gentleman to her. Isn’t that right?

By the way there’s a massive difference not remembering one of the literally tens of thousands of people he met and interacted with as opposed to forgetting a salient detail of a sexual assault lol. Are you serious right now?

One more thing... if you weren’t being so dishonest you would point out the context of the “I didn’t know any of these women” quotes from Hannity. Hannity was specifically talking about the two women who claimed Moore did something illegal. Not every one who claims they dated or met him.

But you’re not being honest so you won’t do that.

Which means that you think she is not a "true victim". You are attacking the victim. That is what Republicans do.

And you are doing it to defend a Kid Toucher.

    Shame on you

I have no idea where you got the notion that Gibson had accused Moore of anything illegal. His inability to tell a consistent story shows that he is lying:

First, Moore said that he remembered Gibson as well as Gloria Thacker Deason ... Then he changed his story: "I do not know any of these women.”
He repeated his lie: “Let me state once again: I do not know any of these women, did not date any of these women."

“He called me a liar,” said Gibson, who says she not only openly dated Moore when she was 17 but later joined him in passing out fliers during his campaign for circuit court judge in 1982 and exchanged Christmas cards with him over the years.

“Roy Moore made an egregious mistake to attack that one thing — my integrity.”

Anyone who needs to buy Moore's story and accuse all in the community who offer consistent testimony concerning his fixation on teenage girls of lying is, undoubtedly, politically motivated.

They cannot show why so many people, with nothing to gain and nothing to offer until they were tracked dow by journalists and reluctantly shared their experiences with Moore, would do so.

What was in it for them? Nothing.

Who coordinated their accounts of Moore? No one.

    Why
would Moore deny the truth of their consistent, shared recollections of his behavior? That one is obvious.

Whether the ideologues actually fall for Moore's denials, or pretend to do out of partisan zeal, is of little consequence.

MooreStink will pervade the ranks of Republicans in Congress. Decent Americans, women especially, will not forget.

”No vote, no majority is worth losing our honor, our integrity.”

You said victim blaming. That’s different. That means I’m saying the victim is to blame for the assault. Like she wore skimpy clothes so that caused it or something. I am not victim blaming

I am calling into qurstionthe testimony of the ONLY accuser who said he touched a kid. And I’m not doing it. She did it when she contradicted her own testimony.

So you are parsing out the difference between attacking the victim and blaming the victim?

    Really?

You're calling her a liar. You're defending the Kid Toucher
