Alex-Jones radio station off the air gets shut down by FCC?

It isn't about the content it's about the revelation of hypocrisy that they can't see.

So Donald Trump shocks the world with his guts women who says what more conservative voters have been dying for someone to say for years. He pointed to media and said you are fake news. And they proved him right by making up a Russian collusion conspiracy theory.

So all this mainstream media that has utterly lost its ass in the past year is desperate to maintain its foothold.

I may not be able to prove it but you and I and everyone else knows what's going on.

It's the facade cracking the greasepaint is being washed away maybe we can see what's really occurring.

 

If he didn't advocate for or incite violence, then he shouldn't be banned.

The Koch funded astroturfed tea party movement is an insidious assault on the rights of our citizens and is a deception of the highest order. Through obscurantism, Koch has purchased modifications to law, like Citizens United, enabled by the mouth breathing hordes of shear idiots on the tea party docket, enabled by slavering goons like Jones, to misconstrue their "economic liberty" - that is, the richest people's rights to liberate you, me and everyone who isn't rich, of their wealth and prosperity - as "individual liberty", which is not hampered nor has it ever been by taxation or social services like SS or Medicaid.

They have waged an egregious, under cover war against democracy and against the liberty of americans to become a collective to befit their own agenda.

Jones enabled this conspiracy by giving it credibility among his listeners, and he is, in my estimation, party to treason and crimes against our constitution.

This has nothing to do with free speech the radio station was a pirate station.
A pirate station is an unlicensed station and unlicensed stations have been shut down ever since we have had broadcasting rules.

 

This is not an issue of free speech it is an issue that Alex Joones was using an unlicensed radio station to broadcast.

Even the Pope would be shut down if he used an unlicensed radio station.

 

We are a Constitutional Republic. So you are against the first amendment know? Or just want to end it for people you disagree with?

How is this a freedom of speech or free press issue? No one is denying Alex Jones his right to speech, they're are just denying him the right to do it on their platform. You can shout from the street corner all you like you can't do it inside Walmart without their consent.

FCC rules prohibit unlicensed radio stations because they can interfere with others rights to broadcast in their assigned channel. Do you actually believe that radio or TV stations should be allowed to broadcast without following rules such as using some other stations frequency thus interfering with someone else's freedom of speech?
