Pray tell, why is there so much hatred for suicidal individuals on the part of yourself?

 

This is a ridiculous argument. I could say I want you to be safe so I will lock you in a cell. This is not debate. It is ridiculous

 

And yet there is no genuine, serious conviction to the preservation of life on the part of yourself. In fact there is nothing but simple, uncomplicated, political exploitation of a genuinely serious problem.

Pray tell, why is there so much hatred for suicidal individuals on the part of yourself?

 

You do not want to preserve life either. Why are you letting people leave their house? They could die.

Why do you hate EVERYONE.....pray tell. LOL

 

For whatever reason, whatever underlying motivation factors, individuals who suffer from suicidal thoughts, tendencies, and impulses, have concluded that their continued existence holds no purpose, no value, and no qualities to warrant it continuing to be experienced. They have concluded for themselves that they no longer wish to exist in this world. Nothing more is being done on the part of myself other than acknowledging their conclusions, and honoring their decision in the matter to proceed as they see fit.

The same cannot be said for yourself, however. Numerous times, to the contrary, the message presented by yourself is that these individuals do not know what is best for them, and that the only ones who do know best if yourself and others who are not experiencing what they are experiencing. Beyond that, what they are experiencing is being trivialized by yourself, by the constant politicizing of their affliction for the purpose of furthering a political narrative. The myriad of reasons for which an individual may feel motivated to terminate their existence is summed up as being nothing more than the fact that firearms are available to them, with everything else being discounted as immaterial. Such a notion cheapens the matter of suicide, and suggests that suicide simply is not a worthwhile consideration to worry about so long as firearms are not immediately available. It suggests that suicidal individuals do not actually wish to kill themselves, and that their deaths only occur by accident based on what method is used in their attempts. If someone is going to hesitate and not follow through with their attempts, because at the last possible second they suddenly decide they wish to continue existing, then they are not and were not suicidal to begin with.

The only hatred being demonstrated in this matter is that pertaining to yourself.

Hatred does not exist on the part of myself, as it is nothing more than an emotional response, and simply irrelevant.

 

But pray tell we must protect everyone at all times. Don't you want to save lives pray tell? Do you WANT people to die pray tell?

This is the dumbest argument I have ever heard and I have heard them all. Congrats. I am out but please carry one. LOL

 

For what purpose? Why does the society of the united states have the burden of looking out for the well being of individuals who no longer wish to continue existing?

Ultimately what is at issue is that these individuals are the ones that wish to die. It is their desire to cease living, that is being ignored, discarded as if it were of no value, and trivialized as being nothing more than the result of firearms existing. If they wish to follow through and commit suicide, who is society to tell them that such is not their decision to make?

As opposed to the argument that restricting access to firearms will prevent them from committing suicide, because they are simply too lazy to consider any other alternative method? Thus simultaneously disrespecting them, and ignoring the matter of innovation of the human race, all based on the matter of hypothetical speculation and political talking points?

You will NEVER reduce or stop Suicides, with Gun Laws or Gun restrictions, waiting periods etc......
