So if I refer to someone as a dem, that means they are a politician? If so, we have a lot of politicians here on PF

You are making it up. You admitted it. When you said you don't know how the 'dems' will take them down in the future.
And none have been taken down yet to date. That is purely made up.

It means they belong to a political party. I bet many, like me, belong to NO corrupt party.

    In this thread, requoted above.
You made claims. When asked for specifics, your response is, 'I don't know...,
Meaning the claims made are baseless.

    Definition of fascism

1often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition

None. Well Apple did its thing so now we have to go to Parler.com and bring up their web page and then save it to the home screen of your phone or tablet.

I'm going to guess that someone who thinks the criminality that Trump imposed on our nation is just peachy may not share a rational view of certain FB/Twitter/other places.

FB has every right to decide what will and will not appear on its pages. If you don't like it there's always

Whatever the hell you people think is the alternative. Not happy there?

Make your own Social Media site. No one is stopping you. Just do it.

Isn't that what capitalism is all about?

Would've saved a lot of time had you lefties said the same about a bakery and which cakes they want to make.

Certainly not your reality where things just get made up.
    I deal with factual reality.

Explain again, in reality, what is happening?

Facebook, Twitter, Google, Apple........all private enterprises. They are able to set the TOS as they see fit.

Since when did cons start hating capitalism?

So are you okay with businesses denying services to certain people as they see fit?

Sexual preference is a protected class. Inciting violence is not protected speech, especially against the government.

Every business I visit forces me to wear a shirt and shoes or I receive no service. It has been this way ever since I was a Child. What in your mind has changed?

Yep, that's all this is about, shoes and shirt. Carry on.

No point in discussing any further with those who don't want to discuss the truth.

Hate speech & Inciting violence is not protected. So to answer your question, yes, I am completely fine with those businesses shutting down those sites that choose to not follow their TOS. Do you feel you should be allowed to break the forum rules hear because of free speech?

That's great news. Allows big tech to help the Feds identify those that are most likely to incite more seditious violence.

Maybe it's Facebook that is hateful. Clearly they are not a reliable platform for any who do not loudly and convincingly shout the company song. We need to develop alternatives.

Fallacy, argumentum ad vericundiam. Why should we compel a service business like a bakery to create a work of art (its product) it prefers not to create? And if so, then how do we justify a private business such as a web platform denying service to a message it doesn't like? Seems we ought to be consistent here.

Under freedom of association, no person should be compelled by the state to act in a manner they wish not to. This would apply to a cake maker as well as a web host. Based on the positions you've taken, I assume you agree with the former, but disagree with the latter. Can you explain this inconsistency in your reasoning?

FYI, the generally-accepted definition of 'Dem' and 'Dems' below for your reference. If you are using it in some way other than to reference the Democratic Party, you are likely the only one.

    Absolutely.
Hateful non reliable companies never become the largest in their field of business.

Best to move to a more reliable less hateful dark corner of the web business.
