What a leap. Try and respond to the well-reasoned post of Overitall instead of erecting piles of straw.

The fact that he made so much effort to deflect can be itself an answer to my question. I don't know (as an answer) is nothing to be shamed of. BS deflections are shameful though.

I don't understand how anyone could not comprehend what you wrote unless they're purposely feigning or dodging. What you wrote makes perfect sense.
One can strongly dislike a politician but still like their policies.

I don't know how anyone would take issue with what you wrote, Overitall, especially when there's nothing to argue. What you expressed makes total sense. Maybe some are just haters of the person instead of the policies.
    If so, very sad.

He didn't ask a question though.
He expressed a very well, succinct statement. Read below. What's to take issue with?

I don't understand any hatred towards politicians. Hating the policies of politicians is understandable.

But what was this simple question, that he supposedly didn't get an answer to? I'll bet it was designed to be a trap; his simple questions usually are.

I don't know. YOU tell me. You're the one who wrote that Overitall asked a question meant to lead. He didn't. Read above.

Try reading the exchange. If you still don't understand it, let me now and I'll see what I can do to clarify. It wouldn't be a "leap" if you had actually read the posts.

Which is why I gave an example of when it would be reasonable to hate the politician and asked him about it. Catch up. As my dad would say, this ain't rocket surgery.

No need for you to attempt to insult me and deflect. Save your clarification. I can read and as a result, my response to you is spot on.

Here is the exchange for your review.

You are scrambling again. Do you still maintain that is forbidden to ever hate any politician for any reason no matter what crime they commit? If that's not what you are saying, then you are agreeing with me.

Read what Overitall wrote again. It was a statement of fact. Most reasonable people would perfectly understand and find NO issue, liking what he wrote, except you decided to make more of it than necessary by deflecting to a ridiculous strawman fallacy.

I've read it many times, which is why I pointed out he likely didn't actually believe what he was saying. Neither, likely, do you. Catch up.

Then you don't know what the word "projecting" means, either.

You were spot on. My STATEMENT was made to @cabse5 and was simple enough. I saw where that statement didn't sit well with what's his face who proceeded to try to deflect from my question I put to him after responding to the question he put forth about lies. I said I don't like lying, period. Which means I don't like the lying Santos did.

No, you said you HATED the lying, but then backtracked. And you refuse to actually focus on the topic. This is the first time I've seen you specify that you hated Santos's lying (the topic), and you will likely backtrack from that as well.

No catching up needed! I read what you wrote, and now your clarification for writing the above makes it even worse. :wtf:

If you didn't believe what @Overitall said, you could have just stated that instead of implying that @Overitall would sweep crimes of pedophilia under the rug because he liked the politician's policies.

That's not what I said. Please read. I said it was okay to hate a politician if they were a proven pedophile, regardless of their policies. Why do you and Overitall disagree with that?
