Regulation has nothing to do with jobs going overseas. Regulation may have something to do with corporate costs and profits but not jobs going overseas. Jobs go overseas for reduced labor costs and a more skilled workforce. If you want to continue to assert that regulations force jobs overseas you will have to give the legislation you think is involved.

Hillary will not be our next President. She is old, she is unattractive, she polls poorly with blacks, she polls even worse with women, and (according to a reliable source in the Secret Service), she doesn't smell particularly well. I would dismiss her, as I am certain the Democrat Party will dismiss her, as they did in 2008. Sorry, you misunderstand. I'm not saying that you or others cannot find something racist or perceived to be racist said/done by a Liberal here/there. But that hasn't been and will not be equivalent to the racist politics utilized and wallowed in by Republicans and other political operatives on the Right. Say what you wish (here), but I look out into America's political arena, and see the Right actually USING RACISM AS A TOOL (primarily to activate the extremists in their voter base). It works for now (somewhat), but the political benefit of dividing/scaring people using 'ethnicity', is diminishing rapidly (and will likely be transformed into a serious 'negative', in a few years).

The authors of the Jim Crow Laws, Democrats, continue their crusade by insuring that poor blacks are kept in non-performing schools and do not receive an education, don't have jobs to go to, and are consigned to a life of poverty on welfare. That is the true racism on the left. The left insists that a few specific political positions be reserved for blacks but just that few. The left drums into young blacks that the American Dream is dead so it is hopeless. All the have is the socialist dream of a life on the dole. And, as a final insult, the left has destroyed families.
