you've provided no such articles suggesting more than 1% of the Palestinians are secretly practising Judaism.

and its illogical and irrational to suggest that people would live in the West Bank and Gaza as crypto-Jews, when they could simply move to Israel and be regular Jews.

ever thought about that??????

You want articles? Ok:
Source'1: http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/132800#.VdMIZzGsVT8
Source'2: http://www.jpost.com/Magazine/Features/The-lost-Palestinian-Jews

Which means up to 85% of the "Palestinians" that are living in the West Bank are Crypto-Jews and two thirds of the sites and villages in the West Bank have Jewish connection.

Palestine lost it's Jewish majority by 5th century and Muslims became majority of Palestine by end of 12th(from 7th century to 12th century Umayyad, Abbasid, Fatamid,Seljuk Turks, and Ayyubid founded by Saladin caliphates ruled again for most of them Jews and Christians were protected as dhimmi in return for restrictions that varied, exceptions to that were the 6th Fatamid caliph known as the mad caliph along with Seljuk Turks who were known after capturing Jerusalem from Fatamids in 11th century for persecuting Christian pilgrims to Jerusalem ) century(this is according to Italian born Israeli demographer Sergio DellaPergola his expertise is listed in the next couple paragraphs below) . The various Islamic empires/caliphates varied on tolerance. Most of them didn't use force conversation and used dhimmi system mentioned before. Some of them like in Spain after 1000 did do forced conversation of Jews and Christians. Another example was Al-Hakim bi-Amir Allah the 6th caliphate of the Fatimid also known as the mad caliph. The various Islamic empires/caliphates tended to be more tolerant than medieval Christian Europe. Examples of that include Golden Age of Judaism in Spain was from 700's to 1000 when under Muslim rule, Jews allowed to return to Jerusalem after conquest of Palestine in 7th century from the Byzantine, Saladin after conquering Jerusalem from the Crusaders was known for tolerance and didn't massacre it's non Muslims inhabitants(when Crusaders conquered Jerusalem they massacred Jerusalem's Muslims and Jews) and Jews fleeing to Ottoman Empire after inquisition in 1492. The Ottomans for awhile especially under rulers like Suleiman the Magnificence were known for being tolerant. However over time the Ottoman Empire became less tolerant due to it's declining status against the West and often Christian population living in the empire being anti-semitic and receiving foreign support. Bernard Lewis a well known scholar on the Arab and Islamic world describes this in his book The Jews of Islam

"In Istanbul and other Turkish cities, there seems to have been a realization among Muslims that in this period the Jews were not the enemies but the fellow victims of the Turks. Turkish public opinion was not in general anti-Jewish, and Turkish official action was sometimes taken to protect the Jews from their local persecutors. In the Arab provinces of the Ottoman Empire, among a politically less sophisticated population, anti -Jewish outbreaks became more frequent. In the North African countries, where there was no native Christian population, the Jews were more useful to the imperial powers, and consequently more hateful to their Muslim neighbors

For the first time in centuries they found themselves exposed to active hostility, not only in Iran, where such things were not uncommon in earlier times, but also in Ottoman lands and Morocco. From the late eighteenth century through the nineteenth century, expulsion, outbreaks of mob violence, and even massacres became increasingly frequent. Between 1770 and 1786 Jews were expelled from Jedda, most of them fleeing to Yemen. In 1790 Jews were massacred in Tetuan, in Morocco;in 1828, in Baghdad. In 1834 a cycle of violence and pillage began in Safed. In 1839 a massacre of Jews took place in Meshed in Iran followed by the forced conversion of the survivors, and a massacre of Jews occurred in Barfurush in 1867. In 1840 the Jews of Damascus were subject to the first of a long series of blood libels in many cities. Other outbreaks followed in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, and the Arab countries of the Middle East. With the increasing centralization of government through the nineteenth-century reforms, Ottoman rule became in many ways more effective. There was, for example, a notable improvement in the condition of Jews in Tripolitania and Cyrenaica(the two provinces that later became Libya) after 1835, when direct Ottoman administration replaced the previous autonomous local regimes. From the reforms until the end of the empire, through various changes of political order, the Ottoman authorities in general did their best to protect their Jewish subjects from the hostility of local populations and of rival minorities. Where they failed-as they sometimes did-it was through weakness or indolence rather than through active ill will.

That resentment increased with the advance of Russian, French, British, and later also German penetration in the Middle East and North Africa, and the growing numbers of former dhimmis who in one capacity or another served the European great powers. Loss of power led to loss of confidence, and this in turn to a loss of tolerance...In all this the Jews was not, in Muslim eyes, the principle offender. It was rather the native Christian who was seen as aiding and abetting the enemies of Islam. But from the mid-century onward, the Jews also began to enjoy his secondhand share of the fruits of empire when, thanks to new education opportunities, Jews as well as local Christians were able to offer their services, in various capacities, to foreign governments and businesses. But if the Jew were not the principle malefactor, he was certainly the easiest victim. The Christians were numerous and well protected; the Jews were few, and enjoyed at best a slender and intermittent protection from outside powers. At a time of general, often undirected fear and resentment, it was natural that hostility should turn against the Jewish as well as the Christian dhimmis and that attacks should be directed to that quarter where there was the least chance of either immediate defense or subsequent retribution. To make matters worse, it was not only the Muslims who turned agaisnt the Jews; it was also-and indeed more particularly-their Christian dmimmi compatriots, who, glorying, in their new power and protection of their mighty patrons, turned against their hapless Jewish neighbors, their ancient bigotry reinforced by modern ideologies. From the 1860s onward there was an ominous growth of European-style anti-Semitism among the Christian communities of the empire. This was strongest among the Greeks, but also affected other Christians, including the Arabic-speaking Christians of the Levant and Egypt...and the Ottoman authorities usually gave what protection they could to their Jewish subjects. Almost to the end of the empire, numbers of Jews suffering or fearing persecution fled form Russian, Romania, and other Balkan countries and found refuge in the Ottoman lands. "

DellaPergola is a specialist on the demography of world Jewry and has published numerous books and over two hundred papers on historical demography, the family, international migration, Jewish identification, and population projections in the Diaspora and in Israel. He has written extensively about demography in Israel and Palestine. He has lectured at over 70 universities and research centers in Western Europe, North America and Latin America, and served as senior policy consultant to the President of Israel, the Israeli government, the Jerusalem municipality, and many major national and international organizations.

Btw I said that part to majority of Palestinians shown in dna tests are descended from Christians and Jews living in Palestine at time of 7th century conquest. By that time Palestine had been mostly Christian for hundreds of years which meant that most of them that did convert to Islam were Christians and some of them were Jews. Of the minority which were Jews that converted to Islam they haven't identified as Jews for least over 800 years if not longer when Palestine became majority Muslim by end of 12th century.

I have already refuted everything you wrote about mandate with what I wrote below numerous times.
"
The mandate promised a Jewish home in Palestine. Israel is indisputable a Jewish home in what was Palestine(that indisputable fits the definition of being in Palestine; you know in and all are two different words?). Thus mandate is fulfilled. This means mandate has no more legal relevancy. "
Actually read it(again you don't seem to know in and all are two different words or will you not read or bother responding to that part again?).

Salah al-Din was a very much lunatic. He slaughtered everyone who doesn fit himself. He slaughtered 100,000 people, if they were Muslim, Christians, Jewish.
Salah Al-Din is placed at the same group with another lunatic, Julius Caesar.

The Ottoman Empire was indeed good to the Jews but not fully. In the time of the Sultan Mehmed II the Jews wore red hats, cotton overcoat and black shoes, when in the time of Sultan Murad III, which ruled until 1595, porhibited Jews of wearing silk clothes and waer hats, Jewish women poehibited of waering jewlery. This condition and even worse was been continued in the time of Sultan Murad IV, that ruled until 1640.
This wafull condition of the Jews just continued after these rulers.

The condition of the Jews in Arab countries just got worse and worsen as the time past, in Aden, Yemen, Morocco, Egypt,, Libya and so on.

Here is one part of a documantory film about the Jewish refugees in the Arab countries:

A passage from this part of the film:

The Crypto-Jews havent identified as Jews because they were afraid from the Muslims reaction to such identification

For that part I already replied numerous of times to you. Please re-read all of my comments to you regarding the document of the Mandate.

that's a pretty convenient excuse.

if there were even 10,000 Palestinians who were secretly crypto-Jews, they would be immediately given refuge in Israel and given protection.

that idea that even .1% of Palestinians are secret Jews, is silly and absurd.

lol!!!! silliest thing I have ever read.

so you're saying the 85% of Palestinians that are crypto-Jews are afraid of the 15% of Palestinians who are not?

:roflol:

dude, just stop already. This has become like a comedy.

Those Crypto-Jews want to live under Israeli rule, and were made applications to the The Chief Rabbinate in Israel by those Crypto-Jews that these Crypto-Jews would be identified by them as "Jews", but the Rabbinate refused unless they would convert to Judaism under the Chief Rabbinat control, but the Crypto-Jews redused because they say they cant convert to Judaism because they are already Jews.

Well, they live amongs those Arabs, so it is natural that they would be afraid.
It is like people been afraid from the person that activated the bomb in Boston not long ago or after 9/11, even if he and people that share same ideology are a minority in the US.

your sources are dishonest and fraudulent.

there is no logical or rational reason to believe even 1% of the Palestinians are Crypto-Jews.

seems to be just a Neo-Zionist fantasy.

believing that even 1% of the Palestinians are secretly practising Judaism, is an absurd Neo-Zionist fantasy.

its also funny how you think that the genetic similarity between Jews and Palestinians, is evidence for this.

how is genetics evidence for secret religious practises???

lol!!! just absurd.

Thank you for providing the FIVE episodes/Clips of the 'One Million Jewish Refugees from Arab Countries'... I myself have followed this painful part of Jewish History very closely, the clips will be another addition for substantiation and illustration to that fact.

Saladin was for being tolerant and conquered the Crusader states. Saladin didn't commit any massacres conquering(back then conquering was the norm too) them(unlike Crusaders who massacred thousands of Jews and Muslims on conquest of Jerusalem, massacres in other Crusades like Cathar Christians and also sacking Constantinople, Ayyadieh massacre by King Richard Lionheart, Jews in Europe while marching to Jerusalem etc.).

I acknowledge that status of Jews was declining in the Ottoman empire which was detailed in what Bernard Lewis wrote.

"The Crypto-Jews havent identified as Jews because they were afraid from the Muslims reaction to such identification"
That didn't change what I wrote

"Btw I said that part to majority of Palestinians shown in dna tests are descended from Christians and Jews living in Palestine at time of 7th century conquest. By that time Palestine had been mostly Christian for hundreds of years which meant that most of them that did convert to Islam were Christians and some of them were Jews. Of the minority which were Jews that converted to Islam they haven't identified as Jews for least over 800 years if not longer when Palestine became majority Muslim by end of 12th century."
This means even before Islamic conquest Palestine ceased being a Jewish region. Of the minority Jews at time of Islamic conquest by end of 1100's most of them have been converted to Islam. Most of those Islamic rulers except for the mad caliph and Seljuk Turks didn't use forced conversation. The person Sergio DellaPergola saying this has extremely high credentials since

"DellaPergola is a specialist on the demography of world Jewry and has published numerous books and over two hundred papers on historical demography, the family, international migration, Jewish identification, and population projections in the Diaspora and in Israel. He has written extensively about demography in Israel and Palestine. He has lectured at over 70 universities and research centers in Western Europe, North America and Latin America, and served as senior policy consultant to the President of Israel, the Israeli government, the Jerusalem municipality, and many major national and international organizations.

He served on the National Technical Advisory Committee for the 1990 and 2000-01 National Jewish Population Surveys, and on the experts committee of the 2013 Pew Research Center survey of Jewish Americans. He was Visiting Professor at the Oxford Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies in 2002-03, at Brandeis University in 2006, at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) in 2009 and at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2010. He is a member of the Yad Vashem Committee for the Righteous of the Nations.

In 1999, DellaPergola won the Marshall Sklare Award for distinguished achievement from the Association for the Social Scientific Study of Jewry (ASSJ) and his award presentation was entitled: "Thoughts of a Jewish Demographer in the Year 2000". In 2013, he was awarded the Michael Landau prize for Migration and Demography. "

The one million Jews expelled video doesn't change anything I wrote. I also never denied persecution of Jews in Arab countries after 48( view of Jews in Arab countries as the Zionist enemy occurred before 1948 in several cases like Iraq where Jews were attacked before during the 1930's and 1940's, in Iraq's case it was reinforced by nationalists receiving Nazi support in an attempt to expel the British) where they were either fled under persecution or expelled.

You are repeating yourself. I already replied to your claims about Saladin. Please re-read them.

It is answering your calim about "why they didnt identified themselves over the years as "Jews", and the answer is because they were afraid from the Muslim reaction thoward them.

I already replied to such claims, please re-read my previous comments.

So if they suffered persecution, then they couldnt be equel citizens in Arab countries. Or as you put it "dhimmi", but unfortunately they werent much "protected" in the Arab countries.

I contradicted what you wrote numerous of times, please-re-read all of the comments I wrote regarding the document of the Mandate.

you only gave excuses as to why they haven't come forward and joined the Israeli Jews.
