Are women in politics expected to maintain higher standards?

Hillary lost because a hell of a lot of people don't like Hillary almost entirely for reasons that have nothing to do with her being female.

 

I am claiming no such thing, only whether it is a common belief that a woman is incapable of running our country.

I was hoping that the MOST QUALIFIED candidate would be elected, regardless of gender. HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY BELIEVE THAT TRUMP IS MORE HONEST AND MORE QUALIFIED??? I also prefer someone who represents people, not money.

 

I was really hoping for responses other than those supporting partisan agendas by dismissing logical arguments.

 

She doesn't represent anyone but her money grubbing, power hungry self. Zero accomplishment. Horrendous SoS record. Whoring her job as SoS while sleeping with Goldman Sachs. The only people she would represent are big money donors to the Clinton Scamdation. She got a child rapist off by claiming the child initiated it and then laughed about it. No ideas, just a continuation of failed Obama policies and a doubling of Pay to Play fees. Barack Obama had scant experience and he beat her so I guess she must not be as wonderful as you'd like to pretend she is.

 

Given your ideology, I truly believe that Hillary's gender was not a deciding factor FOR YOU.

 

We don't really know who Trump is. We do know he is not Hillary. That was enough for most people in the most states to swing the election his way. Her track record of lies, deceit, and using a foundation to enrich the Clinton's personally was enough evidence to for America to say FU Hills. The Dim Party made their bed, feathered their nest knowing the baggage so they reaped what they sowed. Millions upon millions of women detest her in spite of the "glass ceiling" argument. One day a woman will be President, just not that witch.

 

What Hillary is and what her detractors say she is are likely two completely different stories, and the worst possible scenarios are what partisans project. However, arguing that is pointless now. Donald will now get the chance to prove himself in the near-naked transparency of the Presidency, but Hillary will never get the chance to exonerate herself and prove her true worth.

The federal government has no say in matters related to the 2nd Amendment. Only the States do.
