These “electors” were not selected in keeping with any legal process. The authority to select them would not have existed UNTIL the Orange Stain actually WON in court.

These were FAKE electors whose mission was to disrupt the electoral process in favor of overturning a valid election result .

And now they are going to pay the price.

 

What if flying elephants came out of Trump’s ass and archangels blew horns? No court was going to do that and the FAKE electors were not lawfully selected anyway. In fact, a lot of the FAKE electors are being charged with crimes because they signed an oath consistent with your bogus post.

The “plan” they were operating under was to give Pence a reason to refuse to acknowledge the actual electoral votes from those states. Unfortunately for Trump & Co. Pence had sufficient backbone to reject the plan.

Intent is established by the documents the fake electors signed.

And then what? Had that plan worked and the challenges LEGALLY won, as the Dems and tried previous, then the submitted electors would have been LEGALLY removed and the alternates would have been certified by the state and become the LEGAL ones.

The National Archive doesn't count the ballots. They ARCHIVE the ballots that were counted.

For crying out loud, it's in their freaking title!

 

They were hoping that Pence would play ball and either

A) Count the illegal ballots and throw out the legal ones
OR
B) Claim that having two slates of electors required that he do one of the following

1) Send the ballots back to the states for the state legislature to decide on which was the valid ballot
2) Reject both sets of ballots and announce Trump the winner by fact of having the majority of the counted Electoral Votes
3) Claim that since neither candidate reached 270 it was now up to the House to select the winner

And if those legal challenges had been won what then? Had the now legal electors been appointed and they had not cast their votes previously what then? Their votes could not be cast and the state would stand to lose their votes. It was a simple pragmatic CONTENGENCY PLAN.

 

For crying out loud they received them and send them to the Congress. So how was the Trump cmpaign going to fool them into thinking the "fake" votes were the certified results.

 

Intent is shown by his actions which were not trying to fool the National Archives with "fakes".
