No you didn't. You tried to make the point that one can be guilty despite the fact a jury finds one innocent. A particularly stupid comment given the Rittenhouse video freaking evidence.

 

How many people did they kill that night? Even the felon managed not to shoot anyone.

 

Actually, legally, he was found not guilty, which I sadly accept.... Innocent is not an option, even for the truly innocent...

 

I truly wonder if people believe this in the face of the evidence. I mean, there can't really be that many trolls can there?

 

He killed in self defense, that's what a jury of his peers determined. I'm sure Rittenhouse wishes he didn't have to pull the trigger. I myself wish that debacle that was the summer of love, george floyd protests, etc didn't happen. Left wing violence caused much mayhem and destruction. And these splinter groups unfortunately are still out there, though weakened.

 

None of that is of any concern to either the student body or the administration of Arizona State University. The subjective, paranoid opinions of any of them isn't of any importance. In case these timid college employees and some other students haven't yet gotten the message yet, Kyle Rittenhouse was found NOT GUILTY of every single thing he was charged with in Wisconsin... period!

Thus, if ASU does anything to single him out or cause him to have to feel intimidated and have to leave, I hope he sues that university for everything but the toilet paper in the mens' rooms -- because the big-wig college administrators will need plenty of it themselves when subsequent court findings hold THEM and the State of Arizona responsible!

 

This is a non issue. They can hem and haw all they want.

 

Gosh, so suddenly attacking with intent to kill that is neutralized by self defense isn't important to you folks? Since all three were convicted felons, and all three threatened Kyle with a deadly weapon or interaction, your comment seems to ignore facts. Gosh, the irony of that....

I would posit that had Grosskruetz shot Kyle, you'd call it a righteous shoot, huh... even though he was a felon illegally carrying, and wasn't currently being threatened with bodily harm or death.... That is how you role. no?

 

Maybe others think there is something unusual in having to step over dead bodies and pools of blood on the way to the classroom. Obviously the "he killed before, he can kill again" is the thought which comes to their mind, and maybe to the minds of the parents too.

They pay lot of money to be there, and if no one cares what paying customers think then, that is another issue. We'll see if the school does anything about it, or if the other kids just have to get used him patrolling the hallways with his AR.

Actually there is a difference between innocent and not-guilty. Kyle is not-guilty. Same is true with OJ and M.Jackson.

 

The evidence is fully debatable... if it wasn't, there wouldn't have been an indictment, extradition, judge (whacko), jury, and verdict....all that legal stuff...

Just because you had your mind made up on hour 1 means **** to the rest of us....

OK, I just read that he is enrolled in on-line classes, not in-person classes, and therefore the other students have absolutely no reason to fear for their safety. So, yes, they need to shut the heck up. I would have understood in-person presence, but this changes everything.

In some ways I am more concerned about someone who would pretend to be a paramedic when they aren’t. There are a multitude of stories about over enthusiastic amateurs doing the exact wrong thing with first aid. The one person we shudder about is the one who rushes in where angels fear to tread

 

Kyle was there to NOT get killed. His attackers where obviously there to try and kill innocent people while burning down property.

 

This is, of course, bullshit. The evidence is 100% incontrovertible and if not for politics it would have never seen the inside of a courtroom.

Yea, they just roll out, but now that I learned Kyle is only enrolled in on-line classes, not in-person, I think the other kids are being silly.

 

I'm curious what you would do if some guy straight out of the psych ward started chasing you with the intent to kill you. How far would you run before you stopped and let him? When others came to bash your brains in, or shoot you, what would you do then?

He said he dropped his two classes at Arizona State University because of the pressure of the trial. He wants to pick those two classes back up and complete them, and then go back to ASU in person and finish his degree.

If I can find this information, I know smart college students can... it might be premature now, but nobody can say they didn't start ASAP...
